Overview

The Hisense 75WF35M is a 75-inch UHD window-facing digital signage display rated at 3500 nits, built for indoor spaces where daylight washes out ordinary screens. Hisense has discontinued this model. Its Android 9.0 player runs offline or cloud-managed content around the clock, and the panel can be mounted in landscape or portrait. Owners of this model and buyers needing a replacement should request a quote for a current equivalent.

What the 75WF35M is built for

The Hisense 75WF35M is a 75-inch UHD display made for indoor locations where the screen faces or sits close to a window, such as a shopfront, a glazed lobby or a reception area that receives strong daylight. Its 3500 nit brightness is the specification that matters most in these positions, because it keeps content readable when ambient light is high. Hisense has discontinued this model. This page is written for organisations that already run one, for buyers comparing it with newer displays, and for anyone who needs a like-for-like replacement.

Specifications that shape the decision

Brightness and contrast: 3500 nits, a 1200:1 contrast ratio and a dynamic contrast figure of up to 350000:1.
Resolution and panel: UHD (3840x2160) in a 16:9 aspect ratio, with an active area of 1675.2 x 927.936 mm and an 8ms response time.
Viewing angle: 178° horizontal and vertical, so people walking past at an angle can still read the screen.
Operation: rated for 24/7 operation, with a backlight life cycle of 50,000 hours.
Orientation: landscape or portrait.

Where it fits in Qatar

A retail unit on a main street in Msheireb or West Bay can use this display in its window to show promotions that stay visible through the afternoon, when shaded glass alone would not be enough. A hotel lobby facing the entrance in West Bay or The Pearl can carry arrival information and event schedules. In the Industrial Area or Al Sadd, a bank branch or clinic reception with a large front window can show queue information and service messages, while the portrait option suits wayfinding beside a doorway.

Environment and power to plan for

The manufacturer rates the operating ambient temperature at -10°C to 35°C in direct sunlight and -10°C to 45°C without direct sunlight, with 10% to 80% humidity. Doha summers regularly pass 45°C, so any window-facing installation should be assessed before purchase, because shading, air-conditioning and screen position all matter. SmartRooms Qatar can review the location during a free site survey. The front panel carries an IP5X rating. The listed input is AC 110/220V at 50/60Hz with built-in power, while Qatar mains supply is 240 V, so confirm the supply details with the SmartRooms Qatar team before the quotation is confirmed.

Installation, weight and what is in the box

The net weight is 34.6 kg and the overall dimensions are 1672.06 x 950.64 x 56.75 mm, so two people and a clear fixing plan are needed for safe handling. The box includes two M6 lifting rings, two filler pads, two spring pads, a remote control, an IR receiver, a Wi-Fi antenna, AAA batteries and an electronic manual. Because of the weight, a site survey should confirm the wall or frame structure before fixing, and professional installation can be arranged alongside the quotation.

Buying a discontinued model

Because Hisense no longer produces the 75WF35M, the practical route is a quotation for a current equivalent or a compatible replacement that matches the brightness, resolution and orientation needs described above. Send the number of units, the installation address and the required orientation. Quotations are usually issued within one working day, and purchase orders (LPOs) and government tenders are accepted. Request a quote today to compare current options with the 75WF35M you already know.

Questions about 75WF35M

Is the Hisense 75WF35M still available from SmartRooms Qatar?

Hisense has discontinued the 75WF35M, so it is no longer produced. SmartRooms Qatar can quote a current equivalent or a compatible replacement that matches your brightness, resolution and mounting needs. Send your site details and quantity, and quotations are usually issued within one working day. If you need a like-for-like match with your existing units, state that in the request.

What is the 75WF35M designed for?

It is a 75-inch UHD digital signage display for indoor spaces where the screen faces a window and must stay readable in daylight. Its 3500 nit brightness suits a shopfront in Msheireb, a lobby in West Bay or a reception area with large glazing. It is intended for advertising, wayfinding and information content rather than video conferencing.

Can it sit in direct summer sun through a window in Doha?

Not without an environmental assessment. The manufacturer rates operation at -10°C to 35°C in direct sunlight and up to 45°C without direct sunlight. Doha summers can exceed 45°C, so shading, air-conditioning and screen position should be reviewed before ordering. A free SmartRooms Qatar site survey can check the location before you accept a quotation.

Does it need a PC to play content?

No. The display runs Android 9.0 with 2GB DDR memory and 16GB eMMC storage, so media can be uploaded into the display for playback without external hardware. The data also supports offline and cloud-based content, and you can choose your own content management system. Confirm that your chosen CMS works with Android 9.0 before ordering.

Can I mount it in portrait for a hospital entrance in Al Sadd?

Yes, the 75WF35M supports both landscape and portrait orientation. A portrait layout suits a clinic or hospital entrance in Al Sadd, where a tall column of directions, department names or queue numbers reads more clearly than a wide banner. State the orientation you need in your quotation request, because the mounting plan depends on it.

What inputs and outputs does it have?

It has two HDMI inputs, two USB 2.0 ports, two Ethernet RJ45 ports, one RS232 RJ45 port, one IR input and one sensor input. It provides one HDMI output and one audio output. These allow you to pass a signal on, control the display from a building system or connect an external source. Confirm connector types with the team if your existing cabling differs.

How does it connect to the network?

The display supports Wi-Fi or wired LAN, and the box includes a Wi-Fi antenna. The source data lists 3G/4G connectivity as optional. For a window display in an office or shop in Lusail or Al Rayyan, wired Ethernet is useful where Wi-Fi signal is weakened by thick glass. Specify the preferred connection method in your quotation request so the team can match it to your site.

What power supply does it need?

The manufacturer lists AC 110/220V at 50/60Hz with built-in power, meaning the power supply is inside the display. Qatar mains supply is 240 V with BS 1363 Type G sockets, so the input must be confirmed before ordering. Ask the SmartRooms Qatar team to check the listed input against your circuit and socket position during the quotation process.

What comes in the box?

The box contains a power cord, IR receiver, remote control, two AAA batteries, a Wi-Fi antenna, two M6 lifting rings, two filler pads, two spring pads and an electronic user manual. The lifting rings help with handling a 34.6 kg panel during installation. Check the quantities against your site plan when the units arrive.

How much space and wall support does it need?

The overall dimensions are 1672.06 x 950.64 x 56.75 mm and the net weight is 34.6 kg. The bezel measures 10mm on all sides. Plan the wall or frame structure, power point and cable routing before installation. SmartRooms Qatar offers a free site survey and professional installation, so the fixing point can be checked before any order is placed.

Does it need external speakers for a reception area?

The display has a built-in speaker and supports line-out and Bluetooth speaker connections. For a bank branch or reception area in Doha where announcements must reach a counter, the line-out option lets you feed a separate amplifier or speaker system. Confirm audio levels and room acoustics with the team during the site survey.

Can a government office or school buy several units through an LPO?

Yes. SmartRooms Qatar accepts purchase orders (LPOs) and government tenders, including those on Monaqasat, for supply of the 75WF35M or a current equivalent. List the quantity, the municipality of each site and the orientation required for each unit so the quotation covers delivery and installation. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order.
