Overview

The Peerless-AV ACC-QRP is a black steel quick release bracket that adds service access to the SmartMount Supreme Full Service DS-VW775 video wall mount. Pulling a tab on the display bezel extends the panel so the displays around it can be released for maintenance. It suits indoor recessed video walls in control rooms, lobbies and command centres across Qatar, and carries a 5 year limited warranty.

What the ACC-QRP adds to a recessed video wall

The Peerless-AV ACC-QRP is a steel quick release bracket built for the SmartMount Supreme Full Service video wall mount, model DS-VW775. In a recessed video wall, panels sit inside a fixed frame, and reaching one screen normally means disturbing the screens beside it. This accessory changes that. A tab on the display bezel lets a technician pull the panel forward for service, and once it is extended, the displays around it can be released.

The bracket is a manual pop-out product, so the movement is mechanical rather than electrical. It is listed for indoor use only.

Where it fits in Qatar

Three situations suit this accessory well. A ministry control room in Doha, where operators need a wall that stays serviceable without long shutdowns. A university media or command centre in Education City, where lectures and events share the same wall. A hospital operations room in Al Sadd or a bank dealing room in West Bay, where maintenance windows are short and the wall must look tidy when it is in use.

In each case, the neighbouring screens stay in place while one panel is serviced, which keeps the rest of the wall running.

Planning the installation

The ACC-QRP is an accessory, so it depends on the DS-VW775 mount being specified correctly from the start. Plan the wall, the recess depth and the service route before ordering. Because assembly is required, allow installer time on site, and record each display position before removal to make reinstallation straightforward. A free site survey lets the SmartRooms Qatar team measure access and clearance before a quotation is issued.

Questions about ACC-QRP

What is the Peerless-AV ACC-QRP used for?

The ACC-QRP is a quick release accessory for the SmartMount Supreme Full Service video wall mount, model DS-VW775. It lets a display in a recessed video wall be pulled forward for service, so the panels around it can then be released. Without it, a technician may need to dismantle a larger section of the wall to reach a single panel, which adds time to every maintenance visit.

Which mounts is the ACC-QRP compatible with?

The source data lists one compatible product: the Peerless-AV DS-VW775 SmartMount Supreme Full Service Video Wall Mount. Buyers who already run that mount, or are specifying it for a new video wall, can add the ACC-QRP to the same order. If your wall uses a different mounting system, ask the SmartRooms Qatar team to confirm fit before you request a quote, since the bracket is designed around the DS-VW775.

How does the extend-and-release sequence work?

A tab sits on the display bezel. Pulling it extends the display for service. Once the display and mount are extended, the surrounding displays can be released, so the technician can work on the panel without disturbing its neighbours. The product class is manual pop-out, which means the action is physical rather than electrically driven.

Can the ACC-QRP be used in portrait and landscape orientation?

Yes. The product features state that portrait and landscape options are available, while the orientation field in the data lists portrait. Confirm which orientation your video wall needs when you request a quote, so the bracket is specified correctly for the panels and layout you plan to install.

What comes in the box, and does it need assembly?

The package contains the ACC-QRP quick release bracket and mounting hardware, and the manufacturer lists assembly as required. Allow installer time for fitting the bracket to the DS-VW775 mount before the panels go in. SmartRooms Qatar offers a free site survey, which lets the team check ceiling and wall access and plan the installation before any work begins.

What warranty and compliance certifications apply?

The manufacturer gives a 5 year limited warranty on the ACC-QRP. The bracket is listed as RoHS compliant and TAA compliant. The steel body measures 60.50 cm high, 6.43 cm wide and 2.67 cm deep, and weighs approximately 639.6 g. These details are useful for procurement teams preparing technical documents before they approve a purchase.

Is the ACC-QRP suitable for hot or dusty locations in Qatar?

The source data classifies the ACC-QRP as indoor equipment and does not publish an operating temperature range for it. Use it inside air-conditioned rooms such as control rooms, lobbies and boardrooms. For a wall facing a window or a sunlit atrium, ask the SmartRooms Qatar team to confirm the environment before you request a quote, because summer temperatures above 45°C and dust storms place demands on any installation.

How would a government ministry control room in Doha use it?

A ministry control room in Doha with a recessed wall of panels needs fast repair access, so one faulty screen does not hold up the whole wall. With the ACC-QRP on the DS-VW775 mount, a technician pulls the tagged display forward, releases the neighbouring panels and services the screen from the front. Include the room layout, panel count and access route in your request so the quote reflects the real site.

Does it suit a university video wall in Education City?

A university command or media centre in Education City may use a video wall for lectures, events and campus monitoring. The ACC-QRP suits walls where panels sit flush in a recess and maintenance must not disturb the surrounding screens while classes or events are running. Confirm with the university facilities team which rooms are indoor and air-conditioned before choosing the mounting location.

Could a hospital operations room in Al Sadd use the ACC-QRP?

A hospital operations room in Al Sadd often relies on a wall of displays for monitoring, so planned maintenance must be quick. The ACC-QRP lets a technician extend one recessed panel and release its neighbours without dismantling the whole wall. Agree maintenance windows with the facilities team before installation, and confirm the room is indoor and air-conditioned as the product is listed for indoor use.

Is it useful for a bank dealing room or operations centre in West Bay?

A bank in West Bay running a recessed video wall in a dealing room or operations centre needs panels that can be serviced with minimal disruption. The ACC-QRP pull-out action lets one display be opened for service while the others stay in place. Request a site survey so the installer can check wall depth, access and clearance before the bracket is ordered.

Would a shopping mall or hotel lobby in Lusail need this bracket?

A shopping mall or hotel lobby in Lusail with a recessed video wall in a visitor area needs maintenance that does not interrupt the display for long. The ACC-QRP provides a quick release access route. It is listed for indoor use only, so it belongs in an enclosed lobby rather than an open entrance or atrium exposed to direct sun and dust.
