The Dahua LDV55-HAI400TL-M is a floor-standing 55-inch screen in portrait orientation, with a 9:16 aspect ratio and a 2160 × 3840 resolution. It suits spaces where content has to run through the working day, such as hotel and clinic lobbies, bank entrances, visitor reception areas and retail wayfinding points. The panel is specified for up to 24 hours of daily operation, and the package includes a base, power cord, remote control and user's manual.

Picture quality and touch response

The IPS panel offers 178° viewing angles both horizontally and vertically, so colours stay readable for people standing beside the screen rather than directly in front of it. Typical brightness is 500 cd/m² and typical contrast is 1200:1. The ELED backlight and 1% haze surface help limit glare in bright lobbies. It decodes H.265 and H.264 video up to 2160p, VP9 up to 2160p at 60 fps, and plays mp4, avi, mov, mkv and wmv files. Programs can be played and released in several modes, and the intelligent split screen lets operators rearrange page layouts so video, text and images share one screen.

Programs can be scheduled by time and by location, and the device produces operation reports. Its unified platform can manage the screen remotely, which helps a facilities team that looks after units in several buildings and needs to change content without visiting each one.
