A 27-inch self-ordering kiosk for counter service

The LG 27KC3PK-C is a freestanding kiosk that combines a 27-inch touch display, a receipt printer and a barcode and QR scanner in one desktop unit. It lets customers place orders, pay and collect receipts at a single station, which suits restaurants, cafés and hotel lobbies. A calm beige finish helps it blend into hospitality and reception interiors.

Display, processor and storage

The IPS touch panel offers Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 in a 16:9 format, with 300 nits of brightness, a 1,000:1 contrast ratio and 95% BT.709 colour coverage. It can be used in portrait or landscape orientation. Inside, an Intel Celeron quad-core N5105 processor runs Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, which is compatible with Windows 11, alongside 8GB of DDR4 memory that can be expanded to 16GB and a 128GB SSD.

Printing, scanning and payment at one station

• Thermal receipt printer with auto cutting, using 80 mm rolls and printing up to 250 mm per second.
• 1D and 2D scanner for barcodes and QR codes, housed in the sliding front drawer with the printer.
• External card reader cradle, because no card reader is built in.
• Connectivity including four USB 3.2 Type A ports, one LAN port, HDMI out and an RJ11 port for a cash drawer.

Barcode and QR payments are supported, and IC chip and magnetic stripe cards are also listed, flagged with a conditional note in the manufacturer specification, so confirm card acceptance in your quotation. The drawer slides open so staff can reach the printer, scanner and card reader without disassembling the body.

Accessibility built in

An audio navigation keypad, an embossed Braille guide with Arabic numerals and a 3.5 mm audio jack support users with visual impairments. Its audio assistive technology is listed as compliant with EN 301 549 and ADA. Two 2 W speakers are fitted for audio output.

Where it fits in Qatar

A café or food court in Lusail or The Pearl can place one unit at the entrance and use the screen for menu browsing and promotions between orders. A hotel lobby in West Bay or Al Sadd can position it beside the front desk so guests order and collect receipts without queuing. A government service counter or hospital registration area in Doha can add an audio-guided station for visitors who need it.

What to plan before installation

• The operating range is 0 °C to 40 °C with 10% to 80% humidity, so site it indoors in air-conditioned space, away from windows and entrances exposed to summer heat and dust.
• The head weighs 14.2 kg without the cradle and 14.6 kg with it; the body measures 364.3 x 812 x 219.8 mm without the cradle.
• Typical consumption is 40 W. The built-in power supply accepts 100-240 V at 50/60 Hz, which covers Qatar's 240 V mains, and a 1.5 m power cable is supplied.
• A NICE TCM stand is an optional accessory, and the VESA mount interface measures 600 x 400 mm.
