The Marvel MWE897-F is a 55-inch freestanding outdoor display built to show information and advertising where screens are exposed to sun, dust and rain. Its direct-lit LED panel has a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 and uses optical bonding, which joins the cover glass to the panel to reduce internal reflection. The front is tempered anti-glare glass, and the unit can be set to portrait or landscape orientation.
Brightness, enclosure and environmental limits
The screen is rated at 2500 nits, and a built-in light sensor adjusts brightness automatically as surrounding light changes. The enclosure carries IP66 and IK10 ratings and uses aluminium-alloy construction.
