What the MA600D does in a meeting room

The AISPEECH MA600D is a matrix microphone built from a 64-element MEMS array. Rather than relying on a single pickup point, the array forms up to 1,000 steerable beams, so the system follows speakers across the room. It is rated for a 6m pickup radius, and units can be cascaded without limit, allowing one installation to cover a long boardroom table or a multi-purpose hall.

Pickup zones, beams and mode control

The unit provides 24 pickup zones, split into 12 teleconference zones and 12 voice lift zones. Each zone can be set to conferencing, voice lift or mute, so a room can run open discussion or a session where the chairperson controls who speaks. A one-touch switch moves between discussion and chairman modes using the included remote controller. A built-in 6-axis gyroscope detects how the unit is mounted and adjusts the beam pattern, whether it sits on a table, hangs from the ceiling or is fixed to a wall.

Sound reinforcement and AI audio processing

For local sound reinforcement, the MA600D offers a 3m effective voice lift radius with gain above 18 dB, sampling at 48 kHz. Latency is 4 ms without ClearSpeakAl processing and 15 ms with it, which keeps voices sounding natural to people in the room. The built-in ClearSpeakAl suite covers AI noise reduction, dereverberation, echo cancellation, full-duplex operation and feedback suppression. The data rates background noise suppression at up to 35 dB and filtering of more than 300 noise types, which helps in rooms with hard surfaces or noisy air-conditioning.
