What this Teams Rooms kit includes

The Barco ClickShare Hub Pro and the Sennheiser TeamConnect Bar M form one certified Microsoft Teams Rooms system for medium-sized meeting rooms, so you specify, cable and support a single room rather than a set of loose devices. The system runs Android on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP). A Microsoft Teams Rooms license is required, so confirm your licensing position with your Microsoft 365 administrator before ordering.

The Hub Pro base unit measures 37 x 180 x 180 mm and weighs 720 g. The 10.1-inch control panel is a touchscreen with a 1280 x 800 resolution and 300 nits of brightness. These dimensions help you decide where the base unit can sit in the room.

Wireless sharing and dual displays

Two ClickShare Buttons (5th generation), each with USB-C DisplayPort, let two presenters share 4K content from their laptops without cables. The base unit drives two screens: HDMI-1 at up to 5120 x 2160 and HDMI-2 at 3840 x 2160, both at 30 Hz over HDMI 2.0. The data lists one source on screen at a time, so confirm your display layout before ordering.

Wireless links operate on IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be and Bluetooth 5.3, across the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands. The ClickShare Button has a reach of up to 30 m from the base unit. Guests can also use wireless BYOD to run other videoconferencing platforms such as Zoom, WebEx and Google Meet on the room system.

Camera, microphones and room control

The 4K Ultra HD camera offers person tiling and autoframing, so the framing follows the people in the room. The audio system uses beamforming microphones, with the option to add extension microphones for longer tables. The unit's noise level is no more than 25 dBA at 30°C, which matters in a quiet boardroom.

The control panel includes a human detection sensor that covers a 2-metre range across a 90-degree field of view and wakes the system when someone enters the room.

Planning before you order

• Confirm the Teams Rooms license for your tenant and the room's network plan, including the 1 Gbit Ethernet connection.
