A white 7-inch panel for single-cable room control

The Apprimo Touch 7 White is a control interface built around a 7-inch capacitive touch LCD. It gives people in a room one surface for switching lights, adjusting audio levels, choosing video sources and running the other functions the AV system supports. The white finish suits offices and schools where the panel sits against a light wall and should blend in with the interior.

Specifications that shape the installation

The display is 7 inches diagonal with a 1024x595 resolution and a maximum brightness of 350 nits. The glass surface is scratch-resistant. An ambient light sensor adjusts screen brightness for readability, and a proximity sensor wakes the screen as someone approaches. The panel is powered over Ethernet using IEEE 802.3at Class 3 at 15 watts, so one CAT5e or CAT6 cable carries both data and power.

Mount the panel on the wall in landscape orientation, or add the optional table stand for a desk. The panel is rated for 0 to 40 °C, so install it in air-conditioned rooms.
