Overview
The Biamp Evoko Naso Freestand Mount (910-11941) is a floor stand for the Naso Room Manager, letting you place a room booking display where a wall fixing is not practical. It tilts up to 30º, has adjustable feet and stands 40 inches (1016 mm) tall with a 300 mm wide base. Covered by a 5-year warranty and TAA compliant, it suits offices and campuses in Qatar that run room and desk booking.
What this freestanding mount does
The Biamp Evoko Naso Freestand Mount (910-11941) is a floor stand for the Naso Room Manager. Rather than fixing the display to a wall, it stands on its own base, which suits rooms where drilling is restricted, where the building owner forbids alterations, or where the interior has just been finished.
The specifications that matter for planning
- Tilt: up to 30º, to angle the screen toward the person reading it.
- Height: 40 inches (1016 mm).
- Base: 300 mm (11.81 inches) wide, with adjustable feet.
- Warranty: 5 years.
- Compliance: TAA compliant under the US Trade Agreement Act.
These dimensions set the floor footprint and the viewing angle, so facilities managers usually check them first when choosing a location.
Where it fits in Qatar
In a consultancy on an open-plan floor in Lusail, the stand can sit beside each meeting room where no column or partition is suitable for fixing. In an education building in Education City, it lets a university or training centre show room bookings in a corridor without permanent wall work. In a government office in Msheireb sharing its floors with other tenants, the stand can be moved if the office layout changes.
What to plan before installation
Measure the floor space first: the 300 mm base needs clear floor, and the tilt needs room in front of the screen. Map the cable route from the display to power and network points, and confirm the connection requirements for the unit with your quotation. If the stand will sit near glazing or in a lobby exposed to sunlight and dust storms, ask the team to confirm the environment before ordering, because the product data does not list an operating temperature range.
A free site survey helps confirm the position before installation is planned. Request a quote from SmartRooms Qatar with your quantity and location, and we usually issue quotations within one working day. Government buyers can order against a purchase order or through tenders.

Who is this freestanding mount for?
It suits organisations that run room and desk booking with the Naso Room Manager and need the display placed on the floor rather than on a wall. Typical buyers are facilities and IT teams in offices, universities and government buildings in Doha, where meeting rooms sit on open corridors or walls cannot be altered. The stand holds the display at a height of 40 inches (1016 mm) and tilts up to 30º.
Is this stand designed for the Evoko Naso?
Yes. The product data describes it as a freestanding floor stand for the Evoko Naso and the Naso Room Manager, so it is intended for that room booking display. If you are unsure whether your unit is the one this stand is built for, send the model details with your quote request and the SmartRooms Qatar team will confirm compatibility before you order.
How far does the stand tilt?
The Biamp Evoko Naso Freestand Mount tilts up to 30º. That range lets you angle the display toward people approaching from the side or toward a seated reader in a corridor. Check the room layout before installation so the tilted screen does not block a door, a pathway or an escape route, particularly in narrow office corridors in Doha.
What are the dimensions of the stand?
The stand is 40 inches (1016 mm) high and has a base width of 300 mm (11.81 inches). The base is the floor footprint you need to clear, so compare it with the space beside your meeting room door before ordering. Adjustable feet let the installer level the stand on uneven floors. SmartRooms Qatar offers a free site survey to confirm the exact layout before installation.
Does the stand need to be fixed to the wall or floor?
The product data lists it as a freestanding stand on adjustable feet, so it does not depend on a wall fixing. The data does not describe a floor anchoring method, though, so ask SmartRooms Qatar to confirm the installation requirements for your floor type, whether tiles, a raised access floor or carpet, before the quotation is finalised.
Can I use it in a Doha office where walls are shared or cannot be drilled?
Yes, and this is one of the main reasons to choose a freestanding stand. On a shared office floor in Msheireb or West Bay, a landlord may restrict drilling into partitions, and a tenant may need to move equipment later. Because the stand sits on its own feet, you can position it beside a meeting room door without wall work and reposition it if the layout changes.
How long is the warranty?
The Biamp Evoko Naso Freestand Mount carries a 5-year warranty from the manufacturer, and products supplied by SmartRooms Qatar are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Keep your purchase order or invoice with the asset record so the facilities team can refer to the warranty period if a claim is needed later.
What does TAA compliant mean for this stand?
TAA stands for the US Trade Agreement Act. The product data lists the stand as compliant, which matters when a buyer's procurement rules or funding source require products from countries covered by that act. Ask your procurement team whether TAA compliance is mandatory for your project before requesting a quote, so the specification in your tender or LPO matches the product.
Is it suitable for a meeting area in an education building in Education City?
It can suit a university or training centre that wants room booking outside study rooms, seminar rooms or staff meeting spaces without fixing devices to walls. The 40-inch height places the display at a practical level for people passing along a corridor. The product data gives no operating temperature range, so confirm the room environment with the team if the stand will sit near glazed walls.
Can it be used in a hotel lobby or outdoor area in Qatar's summer heat?
The product data does not list an operating temperature range or an outdoor rating for this stand, so it should not be assumed suitable for outdoor areas or spaces exposed to dust storms and summer temperatures above 45°C. For an air-conditioned hotel lobby in West Bay or a serviced apartment, describe the exact location in your quote request and the SmartRooms Qatar team will confirm suitability.
How do I request a quote, and how do government buyers order?
Send the model name or item number 910-11941 and the quantity to SmartRooms Qatar, and a quotation is usually issued within one working day. Ministries and other public bodies can order by purchase order (LPO) or through government tenders, including Monaqasat, and payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order. A free site survey is available before you commit.
