What this wall mounting kit does

The Biamp Evoko Naso Tilt Wall Mounting Kit, item 910-11939, is a wall bracket made for the Naso Room Manager. It holds the unit on a wall at an 18º tilt, which helps the booking display read clearly from the spot where people stand when they arrive at a room.

The facts that matter when you specify it

Three details shape the buying decision. The tilt is fixed at 18º, so the wall position and mounting height must be planned around the view you need. The kit carries a five-year warranty and is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. It is also TAA compliant, a US Trade Agreements Act status that matters mainly for organisations bound by US federal procurement rules.

Where it fits in Qatar

In an office tower in West Bay or Msheireb, booking displays are often placed beside glass-walled meeting rooms so staff can see availability before entering. A wall kit gives a clean, fixed installation that takes no desk space. In a private school in Al Wakrah, the same approach suits classrooms and staff rooms where teachers book shared spaces. A government ministry rolling out booking displays across several floors can order multiple kits under one LPO and receive one quotation covering the set.

Planning the installation

Start with the wall. Check its construction, the height from the floor, the distance from the door frame and the cable route needed by the Naso Room Manager. The manufacturer data for this kit does not list load or operating temperature ratings, so SmartRooms Qatar confirms the wall type and the environment before installation. A free site survey is the simplest way to fix the exact position before drilling. Quotations usually arrive within one working day, and any lead time is an estimate confirmed with the quote. We deliver to all eight municipalities of Qatar.

Questions about Evoko Naso Tilt Wall Mounting Kit

What is this wall mounting kit used for?

It mounts an Evoko Naso Room Manager on a wall at a fixed 18º tilt. The Naso Room Manager is used for room and desk booking, so the kit is for placing that booking display beside a meeting room door or in a corridor. A wall-mounted position keeps the display off the desk and gives staff a consistent place to check room availability.

Which device is this kit designed for?

The kit is designed for the Evoko Naso Room Manager, as its name states. Before ordering, confirm the exact unit you have or plan to buy. SmartRooms Qatar will check compatibility with you when preparing the quotation, so you can be sure the bracket matches the room manager model in your project.

What tilt angle does the kit provide?

The kit provides a fixed tilt of 18º. Because the angle does not adjust, plan the wall position and mounting height around the view people will have when they approach the room. A site survey before drilling helps confirm that the chosen height and angle work in the actual corridor or doorway.

How long is the warranty on this kit?

The manufacturer lists a five-year warranty for this kit, and SmartRooms Qatar products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty applies to the kit itself. Your quotation will show the exact items included in the order, so you know which parts are covered before you sign the purchase order.

What does TAA compliant mean for this kit?

TAA stands for the US Trade Agreements Act. The kit is listed as TAA compliant, which matters mainly for organisations that must follow US federal procurement rules. If your project is a Qatari government or private tender with no such requirement, TAA status is still a useful specification detail to record in your tender file.

Can it be used in a meeting room with a glass wall in a Doha office?

Yes, a wall kit suits offices where booking displays sit beside glass-walled meeting rooms in West Bay or Msheireb. Staff can see availability before they enter, and the fixed mount keeps the display off the desk. Check the glass or partition type during a site survey, because the fixing method depends on what the wall is made of.

Would it suit a private school in Al Wakrah?

A private school in Al Wakrah could use it beside staff room doors and shared classroom spaces, so teachers can see when rooms are free. The kit is a fixed bracket, so it is suited to classroom walls rather than mobile setups. Confirm the wall construction and cable route with the SmartRooms Qatar team before the installation day.

Can a government ministry order several kits at once?

Yes. A ministry rolling out booking displays across several floors can request one quotation for multiple kits and issue a single LPO. SmartRooms Qatar also handles government tenders, including Monaqasat submissions. Each kit is quoted for the same wall-mount configuration, so the order stays consistent across floors and buildings.

What should I plan before wall-mounting this kit?

Plan the wall construction, the height from the floor, the distance from the door frame and the cable route for the Naso Room Manager. The data for this kit does not list load or operating temperature ratings, so SmartRooms Qatar confirms the wall type and environment before installation. A free site survey settles these points before any drilling starts.

Is the kit suitable for outdoor or very hot locations?

The manufacturer data for this kit does not list an operating temperature range, so it should not be assumed suitable for outdoor, window-facing or unconditioned areas. Summer temperatures in Qatar regularly exceed 45°C. Describe the location to the SmartRooms Qatar team, and they will confirm the environment before quoting.

Does the order include the Naso Room Manager itself?

This listing covers the wall mounting kit with item number 910-11939. Whether the room manager display is included depends on the order you place. Your quotation will list each item, quantity and any installation work, so confirm the contents on the quote before raising a purchase order.

How do I request a quote for this kit?

Send the number of rooms, the wall positions and any site photos, then request a quote for the Biamp Evoko Naso Tilt Wall Mounting Kit. Quotations usually come within one working day. You can pay by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order, and SmartRooms Qatar will confirm delivery and installation scope in the same document.
