What the bundle contains

The Biamp MRB-L-X400-C-MASK6C is a complete audio kit for large meeting rooms, supplied as one package so that a room can be specified, ordered and installed as a single item. The TesiraFORTÉ X 400 processor is the control point for the microphones and loudspeakers. Two white Parlé ceiling microphones pick up speech across the table: a TCM-XA with integrated amplifier and a TCM-XEX expansion microphone. Sound is played back through a pair of black Desono MASK6C surface-mount loudspeakers.

Setup without a programmer

Biamp Launch analyses the acoustics of the room and configures and calibrates the system automatically, which the manufacturer says takes only minutes. For a facilities team this means fewer site visits for tuning and a result that can be repeated when the same bundle is installed in several rooms. Pre-terminated CAT5e cabling and all required mounting accessories are included, so less has to be sourced before the installation day.

Clear audio in hybrid meetings

Custom acoustic echo cancellation is designed to stop sound from the room loudspeakers being returned to remote callers, and advanced noise reduction removes background sound so that speech stays intelligible. The Parlé Beamtracking microphones follow the speaker, and simultaneous speaker operation spreads sound evenly across every seating area. The loudspeakers are voice-tuned and engineered for speech, which suits meetings where discussion is the main activity.

Where it fits in Qatar

Boardroom in West Bay or Lusail: executives who join calls with offices in Europe or Asia need clear speech at both ends of the table.
University or training centre in Education City: a seminar room where lecturers and visiting speakers must be heard from the back row without raising their voices.
Government ministry or authority fitting out several rooms: identical bundles give the same result in each room, and a purchase order or government tender can cover the order.

What to plan before you order

Ceiling microphones need suitable void space above the ceiling, and the loudspeakers need wall or surface positions that suit the seating layout. SmartRooms Qatar offers free site surveys, and we recommend one before fitting so that microphone positions, cable routes and loudspeaker mounting points are confirmed. Send us the room dimensions, the number of rooms and whether they will connect through Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

The bundle is covered by a 5-year manufacturer warranty. Quotations are usually issued within one working day, and purchase orders and bank transfers are accepted. To request a quote for the Biamp MRB-L-X400-C-MASK6C, contact SmartRooms Qatar with your room details.

Questions about MRB-L-X400-C-MASK6C

What is the Biamp MRB-L-X400-C-MASK6C?

It is a complete audio bundle for large meeting rooms. It includes a TesiraFORTÉ X 400 processor, a TCM-XA white ceiling microphone with amplifier, a TCM-XEX white expansion ceiling microphone, and a pair of black Desono MASK6C surface-mount loudspeakers. Pre-terminated CAT5e cabling and mounting accessories are also supplied, so the kit can be installed as one package.

Which rooms is this bundle designed for?

The manufacturer positions it for large conference rooms and collaboration spaces. In Qatar that typically means a boardroom in West Bay or Lusail, or a large meeting room in a ministry or corporate head office. A smaller huddle room may be better served by a compact kit, so confirm the room size with the SmartRooms Qatar team before ordering.

Is it certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom?

Yes. The product is listed as Microsoft Teams Certified and Zoom Certified, and the source data also lists it as Cisco Verified. Because each room has its own platform setup, ask the SmartRooms Qatar team to confirm the configuration you need before you place an order.

What does Biamp Launch do in this bundle?

Biamp Launch analyses the acoustics of the room and configures and calibrates the system automatically. The manufacturer states that this optimises performance in minutes and removes the need for programming. For a facilities team, that cuts commissioning time and gives a repeatable result when the same bundle is installed in several rooms.

Will remote participants hear echo during video calls?

The bundle uses custom acoustic echo cancellation, which is designed to stop sound from the room loudspeakers being sent back to remote callers. Combined with advanced noise reduction, it supports natural conversation in hybrid meetings, such as a Doha team speaking with colleagues in Europe. Echo control depends on the room, so the site survey should confirm the layout.

Does the bundle include a display or camera?

No. The components listed for this bundle are audio products: the TesiraFORTÉ X 400 processor, two Parlé ceiling microphones and a pair of Desono MASK6C loudspeakers, with cabling and mounting accessories. A display, camera and any codec or PC for the video call must be sourced separately. SmartRooms Qatar can include them in the same quotation.

Is the bundle covered by a warranty?

Yes. The source data gives a 5-year warranty for the bundle, and products supplied by SmartRooms Qatar are covered by the manufacturer warranty. Keep your purchase order and installation record with the equipment, and ask the team to confirm the warranty terms in your quotation before you approve it.

How should I plan installation in a Doha boardroom?

Ceiling microphones need suitable void space above the ceiling, and the loudspeakers need wall or surface positions that suit the seating. SmartRooms Qatar offers free site surveys, which we recommend before fitting so positions and cable routes are confirmed. Lead times are estimates based on stock and are confirmed with your quotation.

Can a government ministry order bundles for several rooms?

Yes. Identical bundles give consistent results across a multi-room rollout. SmartRooms Qatar accepts purchase orders (LPOs) and responds to government tenders, including Monaqasat. Send the number of rooms and their locations with your request, and the team will prepare one quotation covering each room, usually within one working day.

Can a school or university in Education City use it for lecture rooms?

A seminar room in Education City where lecturers and visiting speakers must be heard from the back row is a good fit for the Parlé ceiling microphones and voice-tuned MASK6C loudspeakers. Confirm the room length, ceiling type and seating layout during the site survey, so the microphone and loudspeaker positions match how the room is used.

What information should I send to request a quote?

Send the room dimensions, the number of rooms, the ceiling type and whether the rooms will use Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Quotations are usually issued within one working day. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order. Include your LPO requirements or tender reference so the quotation matches your procurement process.
