MRB-L-X400-T-CIC6LP-TAA

What the bundle contains

The MRB-L-X400-T-CIC6LP-TAA is a pre-engineered room kit built around the TesiraFORTÉ X 400 digital signal processor. Instead of specifying each device separately, buyers receive a black Parlé TTM-X tabletop microphone, a black Parlé TTM-XEX tabletop expansion microphone and four white Desono CIC6LP-TAA low-profile ceiling loudspeakers. Mounting hardware and a pre-terminated Cat5e cable come in the same package, so every component is matched for one room.

The kit is designed for medium-to-large rooms where participants sit at spread-out tables and speech needs to reach every seat at a similar level.

Audio processing that works without manual tuning

Biamp Launch performs automatic room tuning and system calibration, balancing the audio for the space rather than leaving a technician to adjust it by hand. Advanced noise reduction suppresses unwanted background sound, while simultaneous speaker operation keeps the level even across the room. The loudspeakers are tuned for voice, so remote callers hear speech clearly.

• Mute synchronisation: the microphone mute state follows the UC software on platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• LED mute indicators: participants can see at a glance whether the room is muted.
• Pre-terminated Cat5e: one cable connects the system components, which reduces wiring errors during installation.

Where it fits in Qatar

Three situations show where this bundle makes sense:

• A boardroom in West Bay or Lusail, where executives join calls with colleagues in Europe or Asia through Teams or Zoom and need every speaker heard without raising their voices.
• A seminar room at a university or training centre in Education City, used for hybrid lectures where the presenter mutes and unmutes from the table.
• A meeting room at a government ministry or authority in Msheireb, where tender specifications call for TAA-compliant equipment and the team works in Arabic and English side by side.

Planning the installation

Before a quotation is finalised, the room needs a site survey. A free SmartRooms Qatar site survey can check room dimensions, ceiling construction and where each tabletop microphone and loudspeaker will sit. The data does not list an operating temperature range for this bundle, so if the room is a hot store, a glazed space or a room with unreliable cooling, confirm the environment with the SmartRooms Qatar team before ordering.

Schools and government bodies ordering several kits can attach a purchase order (LPO) or a tender reference to one quotation covering all rooms. Payment by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order is accepted. The manufacturer backs the bundle with a 5-year warranty.

Request a quote from SmartRooms Qatar with your room size, seating layout and video platform, and our team will return a quotation, usually within one working day.
