MRB-M-X400-C-CIC6LP-TAA

What this bundle includes

The Biamp MRB-M-X400-C-CIC6LP-TAA is a complete audio package for a medium meeting room sized for up to 11 participants. At its core is the TesiraFORTÉ X 400 digital signal processor, which manages microphone input, echo control and speaker output. The package adds a Parlé TCM-XA white ceiling microphone with its own amplifier and a pair of white Desono CIC6LP-TAA low-profile ceiling loudspeakers, so the room is covered by one matched set rather than parts sourced separately.

Because the processor, microphone and speakers are chosen to work together as a designed set, buyers avoid the common problem of combining components that were never tested as a system. The ceiling-mounted layout also keeps the table clear and the room tidy.

Audio performance suited to voice meetings

The speakers are tuned for voice reproduction in conference rooms, which matters when most of a meeting is speech rather than music. A custom acoustic echo canceller keeps remote participants clear, and the system stays clear when several people talk at once. Built-in noise reduction targets steady background sounds such as air conditioning. In Qatar, where cooling runs for much of the year, that feature often decides whether a call is easy to follow.

• Clear pickup when several people speak at the same time
• Noise reduction for air conditioning and similar steady sounds
• Mute buttons and LEDs that stay in sync with the UC software

Certifications and setup without programming

The bundle is Microsoft Teams and Zoom certified and carries Cisco Verified status, so IT teams can plan around the unified communications platform their organisation already uses. Setup runs through Biamp Launch, which performs automated tuning and requires no custom programming. The manufacturer covers the bundle with a five-year warranty, and the bundle is TAA compliant, which matters for buyers whose procurement rules call for US Trade Agreement Act compliant equipment.

Where it fits in Qatar

A boardroom in West Bay or Msheireb, where executives join calls with teams in Europe and Asia, is a typical match. The system keeps remote voices clear without staff adjusting levels mid-meeting. A government ministry meeting room with TAA procurement requirements fits the same profile. In Education City, a research centre or training room that runs sessions in both Arabic and English can use the mute indicators to keep hybrid sessions orderly. For a company in the Industrial Area or Lusail running regular cross-site reviews, this bundle gives a medium room one dependable audio setup instead of a collection of separate parts.

Planning the installation

• Confirm the ceiling type and the space above it before ordering, because the microphone and speakers are ceiling mounted.
• Check the room's seating capacity against the rated 11 participants.
• Plan the display, camera and codec separately, since this bundle covers the audio side.
• Book a free site survey with SmartRooms Qatar so the layout is confirmed before installation.

Organisations ordering for several rooms can raise one LPO covering all units. To request a quote for the Biamp MRB-M-X400-C-CIC6LP-TAA, send your room size, ceiling details and quantity to the SmartRooms Qatar team, and a quotation usually follows within one working day.
