Overview
The IAdea PGM-001 is a glass mount for IAdea 10-inch Room Panels, letting a panel sit against an office window and run as corporate digital signage. It suits Doha offices, Lusail headquarters and training centres that want to show meeting schedules, events and brand messages without using wall space. Request a quote to pair the mount with your panel.
What the PGM-001 glass mount does
The PGM-001 is a glass mount accessory built for the IAdea 10-inch Room Panel. It holds the panel against an office window so the screen can show messages to people outside the room, turning the glass into a display surface. Because it is an accessory, it is ordered alongside the panel it holds.
Why window mounting suits corporate messaging
Glass fronts are where staff and visitors already look: lobbies, reception areas and corridors outside meeting rooms. A panel placed there can show the day's meeting schedule, upcoming corporate events and announcements without taking up desk or wall space. Used consistently, it also carries brand identity into the working environment, which supports recognition and internal culture in offices where Arabic and English teams work side by side.
Where it fits in Qatar
- Headquarters in West Bay or Lusail: a panel on a lobby-side window showing visitor-facing branding and the day's board meetings.
- A bank branch in Msheireb: rotating notices about services and events on a window facing the customer waiting area.
- A training centre in Education City: a course timetable and event announcements on a glass wall beside seminar rooms.
What to plan before you mount
Window mounting is a building job as much as an AV job. Confirm that the glass can carry the panel and mount, check the fixing position and how much direct sun the window receives, and agree the cable route to the power and network outlet before any work starts on the glass. Summer heat and glare on west-facing windows in Doha should be considered when choosing the panel's position, and the operating conditions of the panel should be checked against the install location before you order.
Planning a corporate signage rollout
Organisations with several floors or branches can use the same mount across multiple windows, and a purchase order (LPO) can cover a multi-unit order. SmartRooms Qatar delivers to all 8 municipalities of Qatar and offers free site surveys, so the installer can inspect the glass and power points first. Quotations are usually issued within one working day.
To confirm compatibility with your 10-inch Room Panels and receive a quotation for the PGM-001 glass mount, request a quote from SmartRooms Qatar. Include the number of windows, the panels you already own or plan to buy, and the install address.

What is the PGM-001 used for?
The PGM-001 is a glass mount that holds an IAdea 10-inch Room Panel against an office window, so the panel can run as corporate digital signage. Typical content is the meeting schedule, upcoming corporate events and brand messages. It is an accessory, so it is ordered with the room panel it will hold.
Which panel does the PGM-001 fit?
The PGM-001 is built for IAdea 10-inch Room Panels. Before ordering, send your exact panel model to the SmartRooms Qatar team so we can confirm it matches the mount and provide one quotation covering both items together.
Can it be fitted to any window?
Not every window is suitable. The PGM-001 is intended for glass office windows, and the glass must be able to carry the panel and mount. Ask for a free site survey before work starts so the installer can check the glass, the fixing position and sun exposure at your Doha office.
Is the PGM-001 rated for outdoor use or direct sun?
The source data does not state an outdoor rating or operating temperature range for the PGM-001, so do not assume outdoor suitability. It is described for office windows. For a window that receives strong afternoon sun in Doha, confirm the panel's operating conditions with the SmartRooms Qatar team before you request a quotation.
What content works best on a window-mounted panel?
Panels on windows are most useful for information people read while walking past. Meeting schedules, event announcements, welcome messages and brand content work well. Keep text large and contrast high so it reads from the corridor. A reception-side window in a Lusail office, for example, can show the day's board meetings.
Would it suit a glass corridor wall at a training centre in Education City?
Yes, if the corridor wall is glass that can carry the panel and mount. The PGM-001 suits this use because the panel sits against the glass and shows timetables and seminar notices. Confirm the glass and the nearby power and network outlet with a site survey, then request a quotation for the mount and panel together.
Can a private clinic in Al Sadd use it in a waiting area?
A clinic can use a window-mounted panel to show opening hours, health awareness messages and service information in a waiting area. The PGM-001 fits this role only where the window is glass and a power and network point can be reached nearby. Ask SmartRooms Qatar to check the position and content plan before you order.
What power and network does the PGM-001 need?
The source data for the PGM-001 does not list power, network or content management requirements. Those depend on the IAdea 10-inch Room Panel you pair with it. Before you request a quotation, confirm the panel's connection needs and plan a power outlet and network point close to the window.
How is installation scheduled?
SmartRooms Qatar offers professional installation and free site surveys. Installation timing depends on stock and site conditions, so the schedule is confirmed in the quotation rather than promised in advance. Completing the survey first lets the installation plan be agreed before you place the order.
Can we order mounts for several floors under one purchase order?
Yes, organisations ordering several mounts for different floors or branches can issue one purchase order (LPO) covering all units. Give SmartRooms Qatar the number of windows and a floor plan so the quotation matches each location and panel.
Is the PGM-001 a current model?
Yes, the manufacturer lists the PGM-001 as a current product. It is a mount for the IAdea 10-inch Room Panel, so check that your panel is in the same range before ordering, and request a quotation to confirm availability for your project.
Does the PGM-001 include the room panel?
No. The PGM-001 is the glass mount only, and the IAdea 10-inch Room Panel is a separate item. Include both in your quotation request so the mount and panel are matched for your window and content plan.
