A compact 4K camera for small and medium meeting rooms

The UC-CAM10PRO-1 is a USB conference camera from iiyama that brings 4K UHD video to rooms too small for a full video system. It measures 80 x 75 x 53 mm and weighs 0.21 kg without packaging, so it fits on a display shelf or a wall bracket without crowding the table. A privacy shutter lets you cover the lens when the room is not in use.

Resolution, field of view and zoom

The sensor is listed at 8.46 MP and the native output is 4K UHD. The camera also supports 1440p and 1080p, each at 30 fps, so the output can suit a modest host computer or a constrained connection. The 120° diagonal field of view is suited to most standard meeting spaces, and 5x digital zoom lets remote participants read a whiteboard or follow a presenter. Microphones, tracking and framing

Two microphone arrays cover a 180° pickup angle out to 4 m. Noise reduction and automatic gain control keep speech clear and at a steady level, so people at the far end of a table are not drowned out. The camera uses face detection and voice localisation to follow whoever is speaking, and AutoFraming is supported for changes in the number of people in the room. 360° horizontal rotation and up to 14° of tilt let you set the starting view.
