What the Logitech Easy Clean Cover does
The Logitech Easy Clean Cover, part number 952-000146, is an off-white front cover that replaces the default graphite cover on the Logitech Rally Bar Huddle video conferencing bar. Fitting it changes the front of the bar from graphite to off-white and gives the front a cleanable surface. That is the main purpose of the product: a bar that can be kept clean in rooms where sanitization is part of the daily routine.
It is an accessory, not a standalone device. The box contains the cover and the accompanying Important Documents, and the manufacturer lists it specifically for the Rally Bar Huddle.
Why a cleanable front matters in Qatar
Shared meeting rooms tend to collect fingerprints, dust and spills quickly, and many Qatari organisations run regular cleaning schedules for rooms that many people use every day. A cleanable front gives facilities teams a surface they can wipe down as part of routine cleaning, rather than a graphite finish chosen only for appearance.
Where it suits
- Clinics in Doha, where a Huddle bar sits in a consultation or family-meeting room that needs frequent cleaning between visitors.
- Private and international schools in Al Wakrah or Lusail, where a bar in a staff room or small meeting room is cleaned between sessions.
- Shared offices in West Bay or The Pearl, where one meeting room is used by many teams each day.
Planning the replacement
Confirm the cover matches your unit before ordering. The product is listed for the Rally Bar Huddle, so if a room uses a different Logitech bar, ask the SmartRooms Qatar team to check compatibility before you request a quote.
Schedule the change for a gap between bookings so the room stays available during the working week, Sunday to Thursday. If you are changing covers across several floors, sites or schools, one quotation can cover all units, which helps procurement teams compare the order in a single document.
Government bodies and schools can order through a purchase order (LPO) or a government tender, and payment by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order is accepted. Quotations are usually issued within one working day.

What is the Logitech Easy Clean Cover?
The Logitech Easy Clean Cover (part 952-000146) is an off-white replacement front cover for the Rally Bar Huddle video conferencing bar. It takes the place of the default graphite cover and is described by the manufacturer as a cleanable version for spaces where sanitization is required. It is an accessory, not a separate video bar, so it needs an existing Rally Bar Huddle in the room.
Which Logitech product is this cover designed for?
It is listed only for the Logitech Rally Bar Huddle. If your room uses a different Logitech bar or camera, ask the SmartRooms Qatar team to confirm the fit before you request a quote, so you do not order a cover that will not match your unit.
What is included in the box?
The box contains the Easy Clean Cover and the Important Documents that come with it. The manufacturer's data lists no other parts for this product, so if your installation needs anything extra, confirm it with the SmartRooms Qatar team when you request a quote. Include the part number 952-000146 and the quantity you need.
Why choose an off-white cleanable cover instead of the graphite one?
The default cover is graphite, while the Easy Clean Cover is off-white and built as a cleanable version for spaces that require sanitization. In a clinic in Doha, a school in Lusail or a shared office in West Bay, a surface that is easy to wipe down suits daily cleaning better than a finish chosen only for looks. Check your room's cleaning policy before you decide.
Is this cover suitable for clinic and hospital rooms in Qatar?
The product data positions it for spaces that require sanitization, which makes it relevant to consultation rooms, family meeting rooms and clinic waiting areas in Doha. Your infection control team should confirm the cleaning products and routine that fit your protocol before ordering, because the product data does not include cleaning instructions.
Can I replace the cover on several Rally Bar Huddle units at once?
Yes. You can request one quotation that covers every unit. Projects across a school campus, several offices or multiple meeting rooms can send the part number and total quantity together. Quotations are usually provided within one working day, and the quote confirms the quantity and delivery to any of Qatar's eight municipalities.
Will the cover hold up in hot or dusty conditions?
The source data gives no operating temperature range or dust rating for this cover, so we cannot state one. Its stated purpose is cleanability. Summer temperatures in Qatar often exceed 45°C and dust storms are common, so confirm the room's environment with the SmartRooms Qatar team before ordering for any space that is not air-conditioned.
How do I plan the swap in a meeting room that is in use?
Choose a quiet slot in the room's booking calendar so it is not out of use during important meetings. Qatar's working week runs Sunday to Thursday, so plan around the busiest days. Tell the people who book the room about the change in advance, and agree the timing with the SmartRooms Qatar team if you need help coordinating it.
Does the cover change how the Rally Bar Huddle works?
The product data describes it only as a cleanable replacement front and lists no change to audio, video or connectivity. You should therefore expect the bar to keep its usual performance. If you have questions about your unit's setup, ask the SmartRooms Qatar team to review it before you order.
Can a school in Al Wakrah or Education City buy this cover?
Yes, if the school uses a Rally Bar Huddle in a staff room, small classroom or counselling room. Schools can order by purchase order (LPO) and request a quotation that lists the part number and quantity. Confirm the cleaning routine with school leaders before ordering, and note that payment by purchase order is accepted.
Can a government office in Doha order this cover through a tender?
Yes. SmartRooms Qatar works with purchase orders (LPOs) and government tenders, including Monaqasat. Send part number 952-000146 and the number of Rally Bar Huddle units to request a quote. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order.
How do I request a quote for this cover?
Send the part number 952-000146, the quantity and the delivery location to the SmartRooms Qatar team. Quotations are usually issued within one working day. If you are unsure which Rally Bar Huddle model your room has, say so in the request, and the team will help confirm the fit before you approve the order.
