XT20-PS Kit

What the XT20-PS Kit combines in one room

The MAXHUB XT20-PS Kit is a complete video conferencing set built around Microsoft Teams Rooms. Instead of sourcing a room computer, camera, touch controller and speakerphone separately, you receive four matched components: an XC25T Mini-PC, a TCP30T touch console, a UC P30 camera and a UC BM45 speakerphone. The shipping box measures 660 × 360 × 325 mm and weighs 10.8 kg, so plan for two people to carry it to the meeting room.

Camera, audio and console details that matter

The UC P30 uses a Sony 4K sensor with 12x optical zoom and 16x digital zoom, and its main lens offers a 90° diagonal field of view. Motorised pan of ±170° and tilt of ±90° let the camera reach every seat along a long table. A separate 8MP panoramic camera with a 120° field of view covers the width of the room, and its electric privacy cover closes when the room is not in use.

The UC BM45 has eight microphones with a best pick-up range of 4 m and a maximum of 8 m. AI noise reduction removes keyboard clicks and air-conditioning noise, while echo cancellation and full-duplex audio let both sides speak at the same time. Its two RJ45 ports allow a second speakerphone to be daisy-chained for larger rooms.

The TCP30T console has an 11.6-inch 1920 × 1080 capacitive touchscreen with an anti-glare, anti-fingerprint surface and a typical brightness of 300 cd/m² with glass. A PIR sensor wakes the screen when someone approaches. One Cat5e or Cat6a cable links the console to the Mini-PC, which gives the table layout flexible placement options.

Where it fits in Qatar

The kit suits medium to large rooms where one system has to do the work of several devices. Three realistic settings:

• A boardroom in a West Bay office tower, where senior staff join calls with overseas partners and the camera frames whoever is speaking.
• A seminar room at a university in Education City, where a lecturer shares slides by HDMI while remote panellists join from abroad.
• A project office in Lusail, where a team shares screens from laptops with one click using the optional wireless dongle.

What to plan before installation

• Room climate: the operating range is 0°C to 40°C at 10% to 90% humidity. Qatar summers can push outdoor temperatures above 45°C, so keep the room air-conditioned and away from direct sun.
• Network and power: the Mini-PC uses a 1000Mbps RJ45 port, supports Wi-Fi 6 and draws a maximum of 120W. The UC P30 can run from PoE+ (max 25W) or a 12V 2A supply.
• Mounting: the camera and Mini-PC include mounting hardware, and the TCP30WM wall bracket is optional for the console.
• Cabling: two 3 m HDMI cables come with the Mini-PC, so measure display distances before ordering.

Layout, screen position and cable routes differ from room to room, so SmartRooms Qatar offers a free site survey before installation.
