The Prestigio PSVCCU8N002 is a 4K UHD pan-tilt-zoom camera for video conferencing in medium to large meeting rooms and halls. Its Sony 1/2.8-inch UHD CMOS sensor, with an 8.4 Mpixel sensor resolution, outputs 3840x2160 video at 60 frames per second. A 12x optical zoom and 16x digital zoom let the camera frame one presenter closely or show a full row of participants at a long table.

Tracking, framing and field of view

The built-in AI intelligent tracking detects participants and follows presenters as they move, so a remote audience sees the speaker without a camera operator. Pan reaches ±170° horizontally and tilt runs from -30° to +90° (both with a 6% tolerance), which covers a wide room from one mounting point. The horizontal field of view narrows from 80.8° at its widest to 7.5° at full zoom. Noise suppression, echo cancellation and 2D and 3D digital noise reduction are included among its web camera features.

Power, mounting and connectivity

Power over Ethernet support lets the camera run from a single network cable where no mains socket is close by. The source notes it can be placed on a wall or even upside down.
