PVCCU13M201

A compact 4K camera for small rooms and huddle spaces

The Prestigio PVCCU13M201 is a conference camera designed for rooms where a full video system would be oversized: a huddle space beside a reception desk, a director's office or a training room where a small group sits around one table. It combines a 13 Mpixel sensor with a 3840x2160 camera resolution, and the video reaches the computer through a single USB Type C connection. The manufacturer positions it for small rooms.

Picture and audio details that affect meeting quality

Video runs at 30fps with a 60Hz signal and 25fps with a 50Hz signal. The 25fps setting matches Qatar's 50Hz mains supply, so confirm with the SmartRooms Qatar team which setting your meeting setup expects before ordering. Autofocus keeps the presenter sharp without manual adjustment, while automatic white balance and back light compensation help when a window sits behind the speaker. Supported formats are H.264, YUY2 and MJPG.

Two built-in microphones with digital noise reduction pick up voices from 0 to 4 metres, a range that suits a small meeting table. The viewing angle is 80° diagonal, 67.8° horizontal and 53.1° vertical.

Installation and positioning in the room

The camera is plug and play, and it can be mounted on a laptop, an interactive panel, a wall or a tripod. Its 360° rotation and 10° angle adjustment let you set the shot in seconds. The black metal case measures 116 mm long, 54.3 mm high and 48 mm wide, and weighs 0.151 kg, so it moves easily between rooms. The box includes a USB cable, a Quick Start Guide and a warranty card.

Where it fits across Qatar

• Private school in Al Wakrah: a staff room set up for remote parent-teacher meetings with families who travel often.
• Consultancy office in West Bay: a director's room that joins calls with colleagues in Doha and abroad, with the camera mounted on a wall or an interactive panel.
• Clinic in Al Sadd: a small consultation room for remote specialist reviews, with the camera on a tripod at eye level.

What to plan before you order

Before ordering, check three things. First, the mounting point: a laptop, a panel frame, a wall bracket or a tripod, and whether a USB Type C port is within reach. Second, the light: a bright window behind the presenter affects any camera, so face the unit towards the seating area. Third, the environment: no operating temperature range is listed for this model, so if the camera will sit near a sunny window in summer, where temperatures exceed 45°C, confirm the setup with the SmartRooms Qatar team first. Also confirm the meeting platform you use, as this page does not list specific applications.

The manufacturer's warranty runs for 12 months, unless local law requires otherwise. SmartRooms Qatar delivers to all eight municipalities of Qatar, offers professional installation and free site surveys, and usually issues quotations within one working day. Organisations buying through an LPO or a government tender can request a quote for the Prestigio PVCCU13M201 and state the quantity needed.
