Questions about Camera Cap for TC Bar S
What is the Sennheiser Camera Cap for TC Bar S?
It is an accessory from the TC Bar accessories series, made for the TC Bar S video conferencing bar, with article number 700122. The manufacturer data for this accessory is limited, so this page sticks to confirmed facts: the model, article number, series, warranty and battery status. For any further detail your IT or facilities team needs, ask the SmartRooms Qatar team before ordering.
Which Sennheiser bars is the camera cap designed for?
The product name identifies it as the Camera Cap for TC Bar S, so the TC Bar S is the model this page covers. The source data does not list other compatible bars, so do not assume it fits a different TeamConnect Bar model. Send your bar model and article number 700122 when you request a quotation, and SmartRooms Qatar will confirm the match before you place a purchase order.
Does the camera cap include a battery?
No. The product data states that no battery is included with the Camera Cap for TC Bar S. The data does not describe power requirements for this accessory, so when you request a quotation, ask SmartRooms Qatar to confirm any power needs for the devices in your order.
What warranty applies to the Sennheiser Camera Cap for TC Bar S?
The product data gives a warranty of 2 years from the manufacturer, and SmartRooms Qatar supplies the product with that manufacturer warranty. This page does not set out claim conditions or other warranty terms, so check the manufacturer documentation or ask our team before ordering. Keep your LPO or invoice with your asset records for the warranty period.
Why would a meeting room in West Bay need a camera cover?
A financial firm in West Bay may hold client or board calls on a TC Bar S in a boardroom, and staff may want the camera covered between meetings or after a confidential session. The cap provides a physical cover for the camera when needed. Request a quotation from SmartRooms Qatar to confirm the accessory suits how your room is arranged.
Is the camera cap suitable for a government ministry meeting room in Doha?
A ministry meeting room in Msheireb may need the camera covered between sessions, especially when sensitive files are discussed. Government buyers usually work through a purchase order or a tender, and SmartRooms Qatar can quote the cap against your reference. Send your bar model and article number 700122 so the fit is confirmed before the purchase order is raised.
How should a school in Al Wakrah order several caps for its classrooms?
List each room, its bar model and the number of caps in one request under article number 700122. SmartRooms Qatar can prepare a single quotation, and the school can raise a purchase order (LPO) against it. Before fixing quantities, confirm that every room uses a TC Bar S, so you do not order caps for rooms with a different TeamConnect Bar.
Do I need a site survey before buying the camera cap?
The product data does not describe mounting or installation requirements for this accessory, so a site survey is not needed to choose the cap itself. However, if the TC Bar S is being installed in the same project, a free site survey from SmartRooms Qatar can confirm the bar position, the camera's view of the room and the cable route before installation.
Can the camera cap be used in an outdoor or dusty area?
The source data does not list an operating temperature range, IP rating or dust protection, so this page cannot confirm outdoor use. Summer temperatures in Qatar regularly exceed 45°C and dust storms occur, so keep the TC Bar S and its accessories in air-conditioned rooms unless the manufacturer confirms other conditions. Ask the SmartRooms Qatar team before considering window-facing or outdoor spaces.
How do I request a quotation and how long does it take?
Send the product name, article number 700122, your bar model, quantity and organisation name to SmartRooms Qatar. Quotations are usually issued within one working day. We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order, and deliver to all 8 municipalities of Qatar. Delivery times are estimates, confirmed with your quotation based on stock.
How does this accessory differ from other TC Bar accessories?
This page covers the Camera Cap for TC Bar S, article number 700122, within the TC Bar accessories series. Other items in the series may serve different purposes, so compare the article number and bar model before ordering rather than relying on the series name alone. The SmartRooms Qatar team can help match the right item to your room once you send your bar model.
Should the camera cap be ordered together with a TC Bar S?
The source data does not say whether the cap is sold bundled with the bar. It is listed as a standalone accessory with article number 700122. If you already own a TC Bar S, you can request the cap on its own. If you are buying a new bar, include both items in one request so SmartRooms Qatar can quote them together and confirm they match.
