What this power supply is for

Where it fits in Qatar
A government authority in Msheireb that runs a boardroom with a TeamConnect Bar M may keep one adapter on site so that a damaged cord does not take the room out of use for days. A private school in Al Wakrah equipping several huddle rooms could order one unit per room so every bar uses the same part, which simplifies maintenance for the IT team. A hotel conference room in West Bay that hosts calls with teams abroad can store a spare in the AV cabinet, ready for the next event.
What to plan before you order
Measure the distance from the bar to the nearest power point before you choose a cable route. The 5.9-foot cord sets a practical limit on how far the bar can sit from the outlet, and the cord should not be stretched tight or left across walkways where people could trip over it. Keep the quick guide and safety guide with your equipment records, and note the article number on your asset register so the correct spare is ordered next time.
SmartRooms Qatar offers a free site survey, which is useful when several rooms are involved. Our team can check outlet positions and cable routes, then recommend the right quantity of units for your rooms. We deliver to all eight municipalities of Qatar and accept payment by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order. Government buyers can issue an LPO or work through a tender.

Questions about Power Supply TC Bar M
What is the Sennheiser Power Supply TC Bar M used for?
It supplies power to the TeamConnect Bar M and is sold as a separate accessory under article number 700131. Most buyers need it as a replacement for a damaged adapter or as a spare kept with the equipment. The box includes a 5.9-foot power cord, a quick guide and a safety guide, so you can check the contents on arrival.
Which devices is this power supply compatible with?
The listing is written for the TeamConnect Bar M. Check the model name on your bar before ordering, and make sure the article number matches the hardware in your room. If you are unsure, send the model details with your quote request and the SmartRooms Qatar team will confirm the correct part.
What comes in the box?
The box contains one power cord for the TeamConnect Bar M measuring 5.9 feet, one quick guide and one safety guide. The power supply itself is the accessory described by article number 700131. No battery is included, so the unit needs a mains power point to operate.
How long is the power cord?
The included power cord measures 5.9 feet. Before ordering, measure the distance from the TeamConnect Bar M to the nearest power point. In a meeting room where the bar sits on a credenza or wall shelf, a short run may be tight, so plan the cable route so the cord is not stretched or left across a walkway.
Does the power supply include a battery?
No. The source data lists battery included as no, so this is a mains-powered accessory without a built-in battery. Plan for a conventional power outlet close to the bar and check the cord route during installation planning.
How heavy and how large is the unit?
The unit weighs 417 g and is listed at 185 by 90 by 40 (height, length and width as stated by the manufacturer). Its small footprint makes it easy to store in an AV cabinet or equipment rack close to the TeamConnect Bar M, keeping a spare out of the way until it is needed.
What warranty does the power supply carry?
The manufacturer lists a warranty of 2 years for this accessory. SmartRooms Qatar supplies products covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Keep your purchase records and the article number 700131 together, so any warranty question can be handled quickly.
Can a school in Lusail keep spares for several meeting rooms?
Yes. A school in Lusail running several TeamConnect Bar M units can keep one spare per room group, so a fault in one classroom or staff meeting room does not stop the whole timetable. Ask for a quote for the quantity you need, listing the article number 700131 and the delivery location.
Is a site survey needed before ordering this accessory?
A site survey is worthwhile when you are equipping several rooms or planning a new installation. SmartRooms Qatar offers free site surveys, where the team can check outlet positions and cable routes around the TeamConnect Bar M. This helps you order the right quantity of power supplies and avoid stretched cords.
Can a hotel conference room in West Bay keep a spare on hand?
A hotel conference room in West Bay that hosts calls with teams abroad can keep a spare power supply in the AV cabinet. If a cord or adapter fails before an important meeting, the spare allows the room to return to service quickly. Request a quote for article 700131 and specify how many spares you want stored.
How do I request a quote and how fast will I get it?
Send the article number 700131, the quantity and the delivery location to SmartRooms Qatar. Quotations are usually issued within one working day. Lead times are estimates based on stock and are confirmed with the quotation. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order.
