What this cable does for your TC Bar setup
This is the 3 m (9.8 ft) USB-C cable designed for Sennheiser's TC Bar Small and Medium models, sold under article number 700312. It is a dedicated accessory, so it is the right choice when you need a replacement or a spare for a bar that is already in service, rather than a general-purpose cable.

Where it fits in Qatar
A government ministry in Doha that has a TC Bar Medium in a meeting room may find a cable damaged during a office refit. Ordering a replacement of the same article number keeps the existing bar in service without a new install. A private school in Al Wakrah with a TC Bar Small in several classrooms can keep a spare cable with its IT store so that a single fault does not hold up a lesson. A hotel meeting suite in The Pearl can keep spares for each room that uses this bar.
Planning the cable run
Measure the route from the bar to the host computer before you order, including bends, drops down a wall and the position of the computer. The 3 m length is fixed, so a long or awkward route may need a different plan. Keep the cable away from direct sun, window glare and heat sources, since the source data does not give an operating temperature for this cable.

Questions about USB 3.1 Cable 3m for TC Bar S/M
What is this Sennheiser cable used for?
It is a 3 m USB-C cable made for the TC Bar Small and Medium, sold under article number 700312. Buyers usually order it as a replacement when an existing cable is damaged or lost, or as a spare to keep on hand for a bar in a meeting room. It is an accessory, so it supports the bar rather than adding features to it.
Which TC Bar models is this cable made for?
The product data names the TC Bar Small and Medium only, so this cable is designed for those two models. If your room uses a different bar, send us its exact model and connector details before ordering. The SmartRooms Qatar team will confirm whether article 700312 is the right match before a quotation is issued.
How long is the cable and will it reach my computer?
The cable is 3 m (9.8 ft). Before ordering, measure the route from the bar's mounting position to the computer, including bends and any drop down a wall or table leg. Leave some slack for tidy routing, and check the length against where the host computer sits in the room.
What comes in the box?
The box contains one USB-C cable for the TC Bar Small and Medium, a quick guide and a safety guide. No battery is included. The box lists only the cable and the two guides, so plan any other parts you need separately and ask us about them when you request a quote.
What warranty covers this cable?
The manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty on this cable, as listed in the product data. SmartRooms Qatar supplies it under that manufacturer warranty. If a cable fails within that period, keep the article number and your purchase order reference ready when you contact us so the case can be identified quickly.
Can a private school in Al Wakrah buy spares for several classrooms on an LPO?
Yes. A school fitting out several classrooms with TC Bar Small units can order spare cables in one purchase order, quoting article number 700312 with the quantity for each site. SmartRooms Qatar accepts LPOs and usually issues quotations within one working day. Include the Al Wakrah delivery address in your request.
Do you deliver this cable to Al Khor or Mesaieed?
SmartRooms Qatar delivers to all eight municipalities of Qatar, including Al Khor and Mesaieed. This cable can be quoted alongside a bar or other equipment in the same order, which saves a separate request. Tell us the delivery address and whether you need it with other items, and the quotation will confirm the arrangement.
Is the cable suitable for a hot room near a window in Doha?
The source data does not give an operating temperature for this cable, so we cannot state one. In Doha, where summer temperatures can pass 45°C, keep cable runs away from direct sun, window glare and heat sources. Ask the SmartRooms Qatar team to confirm the environment before you fix the cable in place.
How should I route the cable in a West Bay boardroom?
Route the cable under the table or along the wall to the host computer, keeping it clear of chair wheels, feet and doors. Use cable clips and avoid tight bends near the connectors. Check the route against the 3 m length before drilling or fixing anything, and keep any slack in one neat loop rather than where people walk.
What spares should a hotel meeting suite in The Pearl keep?
Keep one spare of article 700312 for each room that uses a TC Bar Small or Medium, so a single damaged cable does not take a room out of use during a booking. Store spares in a dry, cool cupboard away from direct sun, and label them with the room they serve. Request a quote for the number of rooms you need to cover.
Does the cable work with Windows and macOS computers?
The product data does not list operating system compatibility for this cable, so we do not state it. The data confirms only that it is a USB-C cable for the TC Bar Small and Medium. Before ordering, tell us which computer and operating system you plan to use, and our team will advise before the quotation is issued.
Can I replace a damaged cable on a TC Bar in a government meeting room?
Yes, this article is intended as the replacement cable for the TC Bar Small and Medium. Before ordering, check the bar model and the connector on the damaged cable against this product. When you request a quote, send article number 700312, the bar model, the quantity and the delivery address in Qatar so the quotation matches your site.
