The ViewSonic TeamJoin TRS10-UB brings three components together for one meeting room: the MPC310-W31-TU computing engine, the MRC1010-TN touch console and the UMB202 4K video bar. The computing engine runs a 12th Gen Intel Core i3-1220P processor with Intel UHD graphics, 8GB of dual-channel DDR4 memory and a 128GB M.2 SATA SSD. Microsoft Teams Rooms is preinstalled on Windows 11 IoT Enterprise (x64), and TPM 2.0 is included for hardware-level security. The unit has no Wi-Fi, so it connects through its gigabit-capable RJ45 Ethernet port, and built-in Bluetooth 5.3 is included.
Video bar and camera for mid-sized rooms
The UMB202 pairs a 12-megapixel IMX577 sensor with a 117.8° diagonal field of view and 5X digital zoom. Auto-framing keeps active participants in shot as people move, while voice tracking directs the view toward whoever is speaking. Its six-element microphone array picks up voices from up to 8 metres away, and the speakers are rated at 80 dBA at 1 metre at maximum volume. The camera encodes resolutions up to 3840 by 2160 at 30 frames per second.
Touch console and in-room control
The MRC1010-TN console has a 10.1-inch display at 1920 by 1200 pixels, typical brightness of 300 cd/m² and 72% NTSC colour coverage. Its capacitive screen recognises up to 10 touch points with latency below 25 ms, and a PIR motion sensor keeps working when the screen is off. An HDMI ingest port lets visitors share a laptop screen without installing software. The bundle includes a remote control for camera control.
