The Yealink MeetingBar A25-BYOM is an all-in-one video bar for compact focus rooms and huddle spaces. Its triple-camera system covers a 151° field of view, while an 8-microphone array with a 5 m pickup range and a built-in 10W speaker handle audio. A single USB-C cable carries 4K sharing from a laptop, which suits small meeting rooms and university offices across Doha and Lusail.

What the MeetingBar A25-BYOM is built to do

The Yealink MeetingBar A25-BYOM combines camera, microphone array, speaker and video processing in one bar that mounts beneath or above a display in a focus room. It is aimed at small rooms where people sit close to the table rather than at large boardrooms. The bar runs Android 13 and belongs to Yealink's USB camera and BYOD kit range, so it works with a laptop as well as with the room platforms the manufacturer lists, including Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.

Camera coverage for tight focus rooms

Three 4K cameras with 8 MP sensors make up the system: one ultra-wide lens with a 151° horizontal field of view and two telephoto lenses for closer framing of individuals. Maximum video output is 4K at 30 fps, and 1080p at 60 fps is also supported. The privacy cover is an electric lens cap, so the camera can be covered from a control rather than by hand. Nine preset positions can be stored, and the sharp focus range runs from 0.4 m to 2.5 m, which is worth checking against the depth of your table. Intelligent features include IntelliFocus with two portraits, Auto Framing, Speaker Tracking, Picture in Picture and Video Fence. Smart Gallery is available only with Zoom Rooms.

Audio pickup, speaker and echo control

An 8-microphone MEMS array picks up voices up to 5 m away, with high-quality pickup to 3.5 m. Full-duplex operation with acoustic echo cancellation and automatic gain control allows two people to talk at the same time without one being cut off, while AI-enhanced noise suppression reduces background sound. The built-in 10W speaker has a frequency response of 100 Hz to 16 kHz. Expansion microphones are not supported, so the bar's own array provides all of the room's audio pickup.

One-cable connection and network planning

USB-C: one cable from the bar to the computer carries 4K content sharing and BYOD connectivity, which reduces cable runs across the table.
