Overview

The Yealink MeetingBar A40 is an all-in-one video bar for small and medium meeting rooms. It combines a dual 48MP camera with a 120° combined field of view, an eight-microphone array with 6-metre pickup and two built-in 10W speakers in one unit. It runs Android 13 and is offered in Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms editions. It suits boardrooms and meeting rooms in Doha, Lusail and West Bay that host hybrid calls. What the MeetingBar A40 combines in one bar

The Yealink MeetingBar A40 houses a camera, microphone array and speakers in a single unit that sits above or below a display in a small or medium meeting room. Two 48MP lenses feed one combined image with a 120° field of view, so people in the room and remote colleagues can see and hear each other without a separate camera and microphone setup. It is sold in a Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android edition and a Zoom Rooms edition, and in two bundles: A40-010 with the VCR11 remote, and A40-031 with the CTP25 touch console.

Camera and audio performance that matters in meetings

Each lens covers a 78° field, and the two images form the 120° frame. The horizontal field is 110° and the vertical field is 54°, with a depth of field of 1 to 5 metres. The camera offers 6x digital zoom, nine preset positions and an electronic gimbal. IntelliFocus shows close-ups of up to four portraits, while Auto Framing, Speaker Tracking and People Counting keep the room in shot. Maximum resolution is 4K, and 1080p output runs at 60 fps.

The audio side uses an eight-microphone MEMS array with full-duplex operation, acoustic echo cancellation, automatic gain control and AI-enhanced noise suppression. Pickup reaches 6 metres, with high-quality pickup to 4 metres. Two built-in 10W speakers cover the room, and two optional expansion microphones can extend coverage to a larger table.

Connectivity and the CTP25 touch console

With the CTP25, the bar uses one Cat5e cable to deliver power and network connectivity to the touch console, which reduces the number of cables on the table. One USB-C cable from the console to a laptop or PC enables 4K sharing, BYOD and charging. The ports on the bar are:
