The Yealink RoomPanel Plus E2 is a 10.1-inch touch panel that sits beside a meeting room door and shows its schedule. Staff can view the day's bookings, reserve a free room from the screen and check in on arrival. The panel runs Android 13 and can connect to meeting room sensors. When paired with an occupancy sensor, it can support actions such as automatic release of an unused room or automatic check-in, depending on the third-party app in use.

Room status you can read from the corridor

Full RGB LED bars on both sides show room status in colour, and the light stays visible from any angle. Colours can differ between booking platforms, so confirm the colour mapping before ordering. The 1280x800 LCD, with 1000:1 contrast and a ±90° viewing angle, keeps the schedule readable from the side as well as the front. An ambient light sensor adjusts brightness automatically, and a proximity sensor wakes the screen when someone approaches.

Connectivity, platforms and remote management

The panel includes two microphones and two speakers, plus a built-in NFC/RFID reader at 13.56 MHz for ID authorisation and attendee tracking. Wireless connectivity covers 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0. The wired port is Fast Ethernet at 10/100 Mbps and supports 802.1x authentication through EAP-MD5, EAP-TLS, EAP-PEAP/MSCHAPv2 and EAP-TTLS/EAP-MSCHAPv2.
