What the Yealink SP96 does on a meeting table

The Yealink SP96 is a desktop speakerphone for meeting rooms, huddle spaces and home offices. It connects to a computer over USB through the USB C/A adapter in the box, or wirelessly over Bluetooth 5.3. Six microphones with AI noise cancellation pick up the people speaking and reduce background sound, so the other end hears the conversation rather than keyboard clicks or a nearby fan.

An LCD screen shows call and connection status at a glance, which helps when several people share the same unit on a desk.

Confirm the part number first. Part number 1308171 is the SP96 with USB-C/A connection, while 1308173 is the SP96 with dongle. The BT51C dongle is listed as optional in the package contents, so check your quotation carefully. The USB cable is 1.2 m long, so position the unit within reach of the connected computer.
