A 55-inch LCD panel built to be tiled into one picture

The Hisense 55VW25E is a 55-inch LCD video wall display, designed to be placed edge to edge with other panels so they show one continuous image. Each panel offers 1920 x 1080 resolution. Its bezel measures 1.8 mm at the top and left and 1.1 mm at the bottom and right, which gives a 2.9 mm gap between adjacent screens. That narrow join is what makes a multi-panel wall read as a single surface rather than a grid of separate monitors.

Specifications that shape the wall

Brightness and contrast: 500 nits typical brightness and a 1,200:1 typical contrast ratio.
Anti-glare finish: 25% haze panel to reduce reflections from lights and windows.
Orientation: landscape and portrait modes with consistent image quality.
Daisy chaining: no quantity limit, linked with standard HDMI cables and no splitters.
Operation: 24 x 7 operation with a 50,000-hour MTBF.
Mounting: 400 x 400 mm VESA pattern with four M6 screws.

Where it fits in Qatar

An operations room at an industrial site in Mesaieed or Ras Laffan needs status information on screen at all hours. The panel's 24 x 7 rating and anti-glare finish suit a monitoring wall in an air-conditioned control room.

A school in Al Rayyan or a training centre in Education City could use a corridor or lobby wall for announcements, timetables or wayfinding, provided the space stays within the panel's operating range. Its portrait mode suits a narrow column near a lift or entrance.

A retail or event venue in Lusail or West Bay can build a larger array of panels for promotions. Because the panels daisy chain with no quantity limit, the signal can be passed from one unit to the next without splitters, which keeps the cabling simple.

What to plan before installation

Operating temperature is 0°C to 40°C with 10% to 80% non-condensing humidity. Doha summer temperatures can exceed 45°C, so install the wall in an air-conditioned room, not beside a sun-facing window, an unconditioned atrium or a plant room. The power supply accepts 100 to 240V at 50/60Hz, which covers Qatar's 240 V, 50 Hz mains, with typical consumption of 145W and a maximum of 200W.

Each panel weighs 27 kg net and 36.2 kg gross, and measures 1213 x 684 x 84 mm without the handle. SmartRooms Qatar offers free site surveys, which is a sensible step before fixing several panels to a wall. The box includes a remote with two AAA batteries, an RS232 converter cable, an IR cable and a quick setup guide. The product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

To plan your wall, send the number of panels, the wall dimensions and the signal source you intend to use. SmartRooms Qatar will return a quotation, usually within one working day. Request a quote for the 55VW25E today.

Questions about 55VW25E

Is the Hisense 55VW25E suited to a monitoring room at an industrial site in Mesaieed?

Yes, when the wall must show status information continuously. The panel offers 500 nits typical brightness, a 25% haze anti-glare finish and a 24 x 7 operation rating. It suits an air-conditioned indoor control room within its 0 to 40°C operating range. Ask the SmartRooms Qatar team to confirm the wall layout and signal source as part of your quotation.

How large is the gap between panels when they are placed side by side?

Each panel has bezels of 1.8 mm at the top and left and 1.1 mm at the bottom and right, giving a 2.9 mm gap between adjacent screens. This keeps a picture spread across several panels looking continuous. The final look depends on the wall size and arrangement, so send your intended layout with your quote request.

Can the 55VW25E work in a school corridor or lobby in Al Rayyan?

Yes, provided the building is air-conditioned. The 24 x 7 rating and anti-glare finish suit corridors where daylight reaches the screen. The panel has no built-in speakers, so announcement audio must come from a separate system. Confirm the room temperature with the SmartRooms Qatar team before installation.

Can several 55VW25E panels be daisy chained for a venue in Lusail without splitters?

Yes. The panel supports daisy chaining with no quantity limit, using standard HDMI cables and no video splitters. Each unit has three HDMI 2.0 inputs and one HDMI output for linking to the next panel. Plan the cable route behind the wall and send your panel count to SmartRooms Qatar for a quotation.

Can the panel be mounted in portrait for wayfinding in an office in Msheireb?

Yes. The VW25E series keeps consistent image quality in both landscape and portrait modes, which suits a narrow wayfinding column or vertical signage in a lobby. Mount it on the 400 x 400 mm VESA pattern and confirm the wall can carry 27 kg net, or 36.2 kg gross, for each panel before fixing it.

How does the panel cope with summer heat in Doha?

The specified operating temperature is 0°C to 40°C, with 10% to 80% humidity, non-condensing. Doha summer temperatures can exceed 45°C, so the panel should not sit beside a sun-facing window, in an unconditioned atrium or in a plant room. Install it in an air-conditioned room and ask SmartRooms Qatar to review the site before mounting.

Does the 55VW25E match Qatar mains power?

The power supply accepts 100 to 240V AC at 50/60Hz, which covers Qatar's 240 V, 50 Hz mains. Typical consumption is 145W, with a maximum of 200W and under 0.5W in standby. Check that the supplied power cord and plug suit the sockets at your site before installation.

How is content and device management handled remotely?

VisionInfo is built into the panel and brings together content management and remote device management, so teams can manage displays from another location. The unit runs Android 11, which allows third-party apps to be installed and supports over-the-air updates. This suits operators who are not always present in front of the wall.

Does the on-screen menu support Arabic?

The system language list includes Arabic and English, alongside 15 other languages. This suits Doha offices that work in Arabic and English side by side. Ask the SmartRooms Qatar team about your Arabic content requirements when you request your quotation.

What are the mounting requirements for a multi-panel wall?

The rear uses a 400 x 400 mm VESA pattern with four M6 screws. Each set measures 1213 x 684 x 84 mm without the handle and weighs 27 kg net or 36.2 kg gross. A free site survey from SmartRooms Qatar lets the installer check wall structure and clearances before a multi-panel array is fixed.

Which certifications does the 55VW25E carry?

The listed certifications are CB, CE, UKCA, ERP and the South Africa Energy Efficiency standard. Safety is covered by standard 62368-1, and EMC is Class A. Ask SmartRooms Qatar which supporting documents can be provided with your quotation. The product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

What comes in the box, and how can a government body or school buy through SmartRooms Qatar?

The box includes a quick setup guide, power cord, remote control with two AAA batteries, an RS232 converter cable and an IR cable. SmartRooms Qatar accepts purchase orders and government tenders, including Monaqasat, and accepts payment by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order. Send your panel count and wall layout to request a quote.
