Overview

The Panasonic TY-CF55VW50 is a cover frame kit for video wall displays, listed as an accessory rather than a screen. It finishes the edge of a wall assembly so joined panels look complete. Control rooms, operations centres and boardrooms in Qatar can add it to a wall order. Because the kit is an accessory, confirm the panel model it matches before ordering. Request a quote from SmartRooms Qatar.

What the TY-CF55VW50 is

The Panasonic TY-CF55VW50 is a cover frame kit for video wall displays, listed by the manufacturer in its Video Wall Accessories range. It is an accessory, not a display, so it does not supply screens, controllers or mounts. Buyers use frame kits like this to finish the outer edge of a wall assembly, so the installation looks complete once several panels are joined together.

Facts to check before ordering

The manufacturer data available to SmartRooms Qatar describes this kit at category level only. Dimensions, materials, weight, the panel models it matches and the warranty terms are not listed on this page, and we do not estimate them. When you request a quote, send your panel model and wall layout so the team can confirm fit against the manufacturer documentation before anything is ordered.

Where it fits in Qatar

Government operations rooms in Doha: a ministry or authority fitting out a control room that needs a finished video wall edge around the display assembly.
Trading and operations floors in West Bay: a bank or energy company adding a wall display to a monitoring room, where the wall must look consistent from several seats.
Collaboration rooms in Education City: a university building a shared research or lecture space with a multi-panel wall, ordering the frame kit as a separate line item.

Planning a video wall build

Start with the wall grid, the panel model and the number of units, then add the frame kit as an accessory to the same quotation. SmartRooms Qatar offers free site surveys, which are useful before a wall build because wall dimensions, sightlines and the mounting structure all affect the final count. Professional installation is available, and delivery covers all 8 municipalities of Qatar. Areas exposed to sunlight in Qatar, where summer temperatures can exceed 45°C, need confirming during the survey, since the source data does not give an operating temperature range for this kit.

Purchase orders, LPOs and government tenders, including Monaqasat, are supported, with payment by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order. Request a quote from SmartRooms Qatar with your panel model and site details, and the team will confirm the kit, the quantity and the next steps.

Questions about TY-CF55VW50

What is the Panasonic TY-CF55VW50?

It is a cover frame kit, an accessory for video wall displays rather than a display itself. The manufacturer lists it in its Video Wall Accessories range. Buyers planning a wall should treat it as an add-on to the panels they are already specifying, and SmartRooms Qatar can confirm exactly which panels it is matched with before you order.

Who is this kit for?

It suits facilities and AV teams in Qatar building or refreshing a video wall who want the frame element supplied as its own line item. Typical buyers include control rooms at government authorities, operations centres at banks and energy companies, and corporate boardrooms with a wall display. Send your panel model with your request so the kit is listed with the panel order.

Does the kit include screens?

No. The product is listed as an accessory, and the source data describes it only as a cover frame kit for video wall displays. Screens, mounts and controllers are not part of this listing, so they must be specified separately. Confirm the full list of components with the SmartRooms Qatar team before you raise a purchase order.

Which panel models does it fit?

The manufacturer data available to us does not list the compatible panel models or dimensions, so we do not state them here. Before ordering, send your panel model number and wall layout to SmartRooms Qatar. The team will confirm the fit against manufacturer documentation and include the result in your quotation.

What warranty applies to this kit?

Products supplied by SmartRooms Qatar are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty terms for this specific accessory are not included in the source data available to us, so we do not state a duration. Ask the team for the written terms in your quotation before you sign a purchase order.

Can it be used in an air-conditioned control room in Doha?

The source data does not give an operating temperature range for this kit, so we cannot confirm one. A controlled indoor room in Doha is a common setting for a control wall, but confirm the room conditions during a free site survey before installation. Heat above 45°C matters most for window-facing or outdoor areas.

How does it suit a university collaboration room in Education City?

Campus collaboration rooms often use a wall of panels to show lectures, research data or shared project work. The frame kit is one accessory in that build. Plan the wall grid, panel model and number of units first, then request a quote so the kit is matched to the finished wall layout.

Does SmartRooms Qatar offer a site survey before installation?

Yes. SmartRooms Qatar offers free site surveys, which are useful before a video wall build because wall dimensions, sightlines and the mounting structure all affect the final accessory count. After the survey, the team can issue a quotation, usually within one working day, covering the kit and the panels.

Can a government ministry buy this kit through a tender?

Yes. SmartRooms Qatar supports purchase orders, LPOs and government tenders, including Monaqasat. For a ministry or public authority buying a video wall, list the frame kit as a separate line next to the panel model so the procurement file is clear. Payment is by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order.

How do I request a quote for this kit?

Send the panel model, the number of units or wall layout, and the delivery location in Qatar to SmartRooms Qatar. Quotations are usually issued within one working day. Delivery covers all 8 municipalities of Qatar, and professional installation is available. Lead times are estimates confirmed in the quotation, based on stock.

Is it suitable for a video wall in a shopping mall atrium?

A wall in a mall atrium in West Bay or Lusail is often viewed from several directions and can be exposed to daylight and heat through glazing. The source data does not give environmental ratings for this kit, so confirm the atrium's temperature, glare and access conditions during a site survey before committing to a layout.
