A 2x2 pedestal built for four large displays

The Peerless-AV DS-S560-2X2 is a modular pedestal that holds four flat panels in a 2x2 layout, with each panel between 46 and 60 inches (116.84 cm to 152.40 cm). The aluminium frame has a black powder-coated finish. Assembled, the unit measures 191.62 cm high, 204.70 cm wide and 34.98 cm deep, and weighs approximately 57.61 kg before any displays are fitted. The whole structure is rated for a maximum load of 226.80 kg.

Alignment without a toolbox

Panels on a video wall only look right when they sit flush with one another. This model handles that with tool-less micro-adjustment at eight points, so an installer can fine-tune each position without bringing a separate set of tools to site. The display adaptors use a quick-connect latch that engages automatically with the mounting rails, which shortens setup and keeps the panels in line once they are locked. The mount accepts VESA patterns from 200 x 200 mm up to 600 x 400 mm.

The frame bolts directly to concrete and needs no extra connections to a wall or ceiling. That makes it a practical choice where a freestanding structure is preferred over fixings into partitions or a suspended ceiling.

Cable routing and media storage in one unit

Adjustable cable-centralising brackets sit at the rear and gather the cabling from the panels into one route. A rear media storage shelf with a cover houses media components out of sight. On a retail floor or a reception area, this keeps players and leads inside the structure instead of across the walkway, which is the difference between a tidy wall and a cluttered one.
