What the 86-inch IMPACT Secure is built for

Clevertouch designed the IMPACT Secure with ex-military experts for rooms where security and discretion matter as much as the picture. The 86-inch model is the largest in the series, so it suits spaces where a large audience must read the same content from a distance.

It is aimed at meeting rooms, training centres, reception areas and wayfinding points. In each of these, the display has to stay dependable through the working day and sit comfortably within a controlled environment.

The specifications that matter when you buy

Screen: 86-inch panel with 4K resolution
Viewing angle: 178 degrees, so people seated at the sides of a room can still follow the content
Operating system: Android 11
Audio: 2x16W speakers for room-filling sound
Connectivity: HDMI for multiple devices, plus front-mounted USB-C and USB-A ports
Screen mirroring: through the CleverShare app or a CleverShare USB-C dongle, with no installation needed on the presenter's device

The front-mounted ports matter in meetings where presenters change every few minutes, because they avoid reaching behind the panel. An optional Intel OPS PC can be added as an upgrade, turning the screen into an all-in-one touch PC.

Where it fits in Qatar

A government office in Doha could place an 86-inch unit in its main boardroom, where senior staff review documents with colleagues joining from other sites. Because the screen is large and the viewing angle is wide, people at the far end of the table can read the slides without leaning forward.

A training centre in Lusail fitting out a large classroom can use the panel for instructor-led sessions. The speakers handle room-filling sound for a group, though very large halls may still need a separate public address system, so confirm this during planning.

A hotel or corporate office in The Pearl or West Bay can use a unit in its reception or wayfinding area to show directions, schedules and visitor information. Glass frontages and lobbies receive strong daylight, so the panel's position should be chosen with glare in mind.

What to plan before installation

Check that the wall or stand can take an 86-inch panel before ordering, and ask SmartRooms Qatar to confirm dimensions and weight for your site.
Book a free site survey to check wall structure, cable routes and sightlines before mounting.
Confirm power and socket arrangements for Qatar's 240 V, 50 Hz supply with BS 1363 sockets, and plan cable management around the panel.
Decide whether the optional Intel OPS PC is needed, since it changes how the display is used and managed.
Set the mounting height and position away from direct sun and glare for better readability.

Questions about IMPACT Secure 86"

Who is the IMPACT Secure 86-inch designed for?

It is designed for places where security and confidentiality matter, such as meeting rooms, training centres, receptions and wayfinding areas. Its 86-inch size suits large rooms with many attendees, including ministry boardrooms, government offices, bank meeting spaces and corporate headquarters in Doha. Request a quote from SmartRooms Qatar to check whether it fits your room.

How does the 86-inch model differ from the 75-inch, 65-inch and 55-inch versions?

The 86-inch model is the largest in the IMPACT Secure range. The published range specifications, including 4K resolution, Android 11, the 178-degree viewing angle and 2x16W speakers, are shared across all sizes. Choose the 86-inch for large boardrooms or lecture halls where people sit far from the screen. Smaller sizes suit smaller rooms, and SmartRooms Qatar can help compare sizes against your seating layout.

Does the display support 4K resolution?

Yes, the IMPACT Secure 86-inch is listed with a 4K screen resolution. On a panel this size, fine text, spreadsheets and engineering drawings appear sharper than on a lower-resolution screen, which matters in board meetings where detailed documents are shared. If your content is lower resolution, the benefit will be reduced, so check your source files with your IT team before presenting.

Why does the 178-degree viewing angle matter in a boardroom?

The viewing angle is 178 degrees. In a long boardroom where attendees sit along both sides of the table, a wide angle lets people at the far end or at the corners read slides without leaning forward or asking for the screen to be moved. This keeps meetings focused on the content rather than on seating, and it helps when a presentation is shown to a mixed group of executives and staff.

Which ports and connections does the panel offer?

The panel offers HDMI for connecting multiple devices, along with front-mounted USB-C and USB-A ports. Front-mounted ports give presenters quick access to connect a laptop or USB drive during a presentation, without reaching behind a wall-mounted screen. This is useful in meetings where several speakers take turns, or in training sessions where instructors change devices frequently.

Can staff share their screens without installing software?

Screen mirroring works through the CleverShare app or the CleverShare USB-C dongle, and Clevertouch states that no downloads or drivers are needed. This helps IT teams at government offices and schools avoid installing software on many devices. Before setting up a room, check with SmartRooms Qatar how the mirroring method fits your network and the devices your staff use.

What does Android 11 mean for everyday use of this display?

The display runs Android 11, so check that the apps your organisation depends on support this version before ordering. For a school or ministry buying several units, agree on the app list and update routine during planning, and ask SmartRooms Qatar to confirm the set-up for each site.

Can an Intel OPS PC be added to turn it into a touch computer?

Yes, an optional Intel OPS PC can be added as an upgrade, which Clevertouch positions as a way to turn the big screen into an all-in-one touch PC. This suits rooms where a built-in computer is preferred to a separate laptop. Decide before ordering, because the choice affects how the room is set up and managed, and SmartRooms Qatar can quote the upgrade with the panel.

How should I plan wall mounting for an 86-inch panel in a reception area?

Plan for a large panel with a suitable mount, a wall that can take the load, and cable routes hidden behind the mount. Book a free site survey from SmartRooms Qatar before drilling, so the team can check wall structure, sightlines and glare from entrance glazing. Confirm weight and dimensions with the team before choosing a mount.

Can I place it near a window or entrance where summer heat and dust are a concern?

The source data for this model does not publish an operating temperature range, so it should not be assumed suitable for hot or unshaded locations. Summer temperatures in Qatar can exceed 45°C, and dust can reach interiors through open entrances. Before placing the panel near glass, a main entrance or an outdoor-facing lobby, confirm the environment with the SmartRooms Qatar team.

How do schools and government entities order this display in Qatar?

SmartRooms Qatar accepts purchase orders, LPOs and government tenders, including Monaqasat, and payment by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order. Quotations are usually issued within one working day. A school fitting out several classrooms or a ministry equipping several meeting rooms can request one quote covering all units, and the team will confirm lead times, delivery to any of Qatar's 8 municipalities and installation for each site.
