IN7513e

What the IN7513e is and where it fits

The IN7513e is a 75-inch interactive flat panel in the InFocus JTouch Series 13e family. Its 4K UHD screen, at 3840 x 2160 resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio, gives teachers and presenters room to show a full-size spreadsheet, a detailed diagram or two shared windows side by side. The panel runs its own Android 14.0 system, so lessons and meetings can start from the screen without a computer attached.

It suits a larger classroom, a training suite in Education City or a medium-sized meeting room in West Bay, where people sitting at the back still need to read small text and tables clearly.

Brightness and touch figures that matter in a lit room

Brightness is rated at 450 cd/m² or higher. The anti-glare, tempered surface, rated 7 on the Mohs scale, reduces reflections from windows and ceiling lights. Contrast is listed at 1200:1 typical and 30,000:1 dynamic, with 10-bit colour depth and a 178/178 degree viewing angle, so people seated at the sides see much the same picture. The refresh rate is 60Hz.

• Infrared touch: 40 touch points, typical response under 5 ms and 1 mm accuracy in the base configuration.
• Touch resolution: 32768 x 32768, suited to fine handwriting and annotation.
• Two styluses are included, along with a remote control that ships without a battery.
• Typical maximum lifetime: 50,000 hours.

Google EDLA certification and central management

The IN7513e is Google EDLA-certified, which gives direct access to Google Play, Google Drive and Google Docs from the panel itself. Teachers and students can share lesson files, assignments and documents, and edit them together in real time. For IT teams, the panel can be managed through Google's enterprise tools: administrators can control app installation, enforce security policies and manage several devices remotely. EDLA certification also brings regular security patches and automatic updates from Google, which helps protect student data and school networks.

The specification lists support for Windows 11, 10, 8, 7 and XP, as well as Linux, Mac, Android and Chrome. An optional Intel Core i5 or i7 OPS computer module can be fitted, which supports Windows 11 Enterprise; the Windows licence is not included.

Connectivity, power and room conditions in Qatar

The side panel offers two HDMI inputs, a DisplayPort input, a Type-C input, two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, and an AV input. The front adds two USB 3.0 ports and an HDMI input. The rear provides VGA, VGA audio and microphone inputs, audio out, S/PDIF, two LAN ports and RS232 for control. WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 are listed in the base configuration.

Power draw is up to 300 W, and standby draw is up to 0.5 W. The power supply is rated for 100 to 240 V at 50/60 Hz, a range that covers Qatar's 240 V, 50 Hz mains. The operating range is 0 to 40 °C with humidity from 10 to 80 percent, so the room should stay air-conditioned and the panel should be kept out of direct afternoon sun. Storage limits are -10 to 45 °C.

What to plan for before you order

At 55 kg net and 69 kg packed, the panel needs a wall bracket or mobile stand rated for its weight and a fixing point that a site survey has confirmed. The shipping box measures 1833 x 1160 x 200 mm, so check the delivery route through doors and lifts. SmartRooms Qatar offers a free site survey that checks wall construction, cable routes and BS 1363 (Type G) power outlets before installation. The panel carries CB, CE, cTUVus, FCC, TUV Low Blue Light and TUV Flicker-free marks and is listed as RoHS and ErP compliant. Schools and government buyers can order with a purchase order (LPO) or through a government tender.
