Hubware H6 Business 75

What the OneScreen Hubware H6 Business 75 is

The OneScreen Hubware H6 Business 75 is a 75-inch interactive display from the Hubware H6 Business series, built on a 3840 x 2160 LG panel. It brings together the screen, an Android 8.0 system and an OPS slot that holds a full computer, so one unit can run presentations, video calls and annotation. The manufacturer has discontinued this model. This page is written for organisations that already run it, for buyers comparing it with newer displays, and for anyone who needs a replacement.

Specifications that shape the buying decision

• Display: 4K UHD panel with 60 Hz refresh, 400+ cd/m2 brightness, 0.430 mm pixel pitch and a 178 degree viewing angle horizontally and vertically.
• Touch: infrared touch with 20 touch points, 3 mm accuracy, palm detection and pen-and-finger differentiation.
• Glass: 8 Mohs anti-glare surface protection.
• Power: 100-240 V AC, 50/60 Hz, maximum 300 W, standby 0.5 W or less.

The vertical viewing angle is the detail that separates this size from the other models in the series. The 55, 65 and 86 inch models list 176 degrees vertically, while this 75 inch model lists 178 degrees. In a long boardroom, that small difference helps people seated at the sides see slides and annotations without leaning forward.

Built-in computer, connections and software

The OPS PC uses an Intel i5 7th Gen processor with 8GB of DDR4 memory, a 256GB SSD, dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2, and runs Windows 7, 8 or 10, or Linux. The display provides three HDMI 2.0 inputs, DisplayPort, VGA, touch USB and RJ-45 connections, plus RS232 for control. Its Wi-Fi covers 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz and includes a 5G hotspot mode, so the screen can serve a small group as a local access point.

The unit ships with a set of OneScreen tools. Annotate handles whiteboarding over any source, Write saves marked-up content and sends it by QR code or email, Navigate builds a customisable home screen, and EShare handles multi-device sharing and streaming. Android apps and the Google Play Store are available with multi-user login. Central supports centralised screen control, emergency notifications and software upgrades, and the manufacturer's Screen Skills Guru support is listed as available by video, chat, phone or email.

Where it fits in Qatar

A training centre in Education City could place a 75-inch display in a mid-sized teaching room. The presenter writes over slides with the pen, saves the notes and emails them to the group at the end of the session. A consulting office in Msheireb could use it in a boardroom, where the built-in 1080p camera and microphone (listed with a 12-foot pickup range) handle calls with colleagues in other countries, and the Hype service records the meeting. A hotel in West Bay could use it as a conference room display that receives presentations from guests' laptops over HDMI without a separate computer.

The source data does not list an operating temperature range for this model. For that reason, do not place the panel in an unconditioned lobby, a covered terrace or a room with strong sun through large windows based on this page alone. Summer temperatures in Qatar can exceed 45 degrees Celsius. Ask the SmartRooms Qatar team to confirm the environment before the quotation is approved.

What to plan before installation

• Shipping box of 74 x 47.4 x 11.2 inches weighing 154.3 lbs, so plan delivery access and lifting.
• The included power cable is listed as a US cable, while Qatar uses BS 1363 (Type G) sockets, so confirm the plug or adapter.
