Overview

The Sharp PN-LC752 is a 75-inch interactive display with a native 3840 x 2160 panel, infrared touch that tracks up to 20 points, and a universal OPS slot for a plug-in computer. One USB-C cable carries video, touch data and up to 65 W of power to a laptop, while built-in apps and EShare wireless sharing keep lessons and meetings moving. It suits classrooms, seminar rooms and small work groups in Doha, Education City and beyond that need a large shared writing surface.

What the PN-LC752 is built to do

The Sharp PN-LC752 is a 75-inch interactive display for classrooms, meeting rooms and training spaces where people need to write, annotate and present on one large surface. Its native 3840 x 2160 panel gives a 16:9 picture with a 0.430 mm pixel pitch. The IPS panel uses direct LED backlighting, is rated at 450 cd/m² brightness and has a 1,200:1 typical contrast ratio, which keeps slides and handwritten notes readable in a bright room.

Touch, sharing and connections that reduce cable clutter

The infrared touch layer sits behind 3.2 mm thermally tempered, anti-glare glass with a 0.8 mm bonding gap. It tracks up to 20 touches at once and responds to a finger, a gloved hand, or one of the two passive styluses with 3 mm and 9 mm tips. The single USB-C input carries video, touch data and audio output, and provides up to 65 W of power so a laptop can charge while connected. Three HDMI inputs, DisplayPort and VGA cover older and newer equipment, and the HDMI output loops through to a projector or second screen for a larger audience. EShare lets people send content from their devices to the display, and from the display to several devices at the same time.

Built-in software and an OPS slot for a computer

Android 11 runs on a quad-core Arm Cortex-A55 processor with 4 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage. Preinstalled tools include a whiteboard, annotation overlay, web browser, file manager, timer, calculator, screen recorder and a voting kit, so a lesson can start without an external computer. Native multi-touch works with Windows 8.1, 10 and 11, Linux, Android 9.0 or later and Chrome OS 87 or later. On Mac OS 10.15 to 12 the display works in single-touch mode with the default mouse. The universal OPS slot accepts an OPS PC module drawing up to 4.74 A and 90 W, and Sharp recommends the OPS Enterprise Pro or OPS Enterprise Ultra.

Planning the room, the wall and the climate in Qatar

The panel measures 1,722.5 x 1,032.1 x 87.1 mm and weighs 51 kg, so a free site survey is worth booking before wall mounting, especially for a lecture hall in Education City or a boardroom in West Bay where wall type and access routes need checking. It uses an 800 x 400 mm VESA pattern with M8 holes, and a wall mount (SF680P) and trolley options are listed. The operating range is +5 to +35 °C with 20 to 80% humidity. Outdoor temperatures in Doha summers can pass 45 °C, so the display belongs in an air-conditioned room that holds the temperature within that range, away from open lobbies and unshaded sun. Power input is 100 to 240 V AC at 50 or 60 Hz, which covers Qatar's 240 V, 50 Hz supply. The warranty covers 3 years including the backlight, with optional fourth and fifth year extensions. NaViSet Administrator 2 manages units remotely and can disable hardware buttons, infrared, and USB and LAN ports in shared rooms.

Where it fits

In a university seminar room in Education City, the panel becomes the central screen that students reach with their own laptops over USB-C. In a government training room in Msheireb, wireless sharing and the tested compatibility with Barco ClickShare help trainers and attendees present from their own devices. In a private school in Al Wakrah fitting out several classrooms, one purchase order can cover the full set, all in the same model for consistent operation. Tell us how many rooms you are equipping, the mounting method and whether you need an OPS module, and we will prepare your quotation. Questions about PN-LC752

Who is the Sharp PN-LC752 designed for?
The PN-LC752 suits classrooms, seminar rooms and small work groups that need one large touch surface for teaching and collaboration. Its 75-inch 4K panel and 20-point touch let several people write or annotate at the same time, which makes it practical for a university tutorial room or a school class in a mid-sized room.
How many touch points does it support, and what can I touch it with?
The infrared touch layer recognises up to 20 simultaneous touches. You can use a finger, a gloved hand, or one of the two passive styluses supplied, which have 3 mm and 9 mm tips. Touch accuracy is rated at plus or minus 1 mm, so handwriting stays precise during group brainstorming sessions in a meeting room.
What does the USB-C input do for someone with a laptop?
One USB-C cable carries video, touch data and audio output, and provides up to 65 W of power to the connected device. A presenter in a training room in Lusail can plug in a laptop and charge it at the same time. A 300 cm USB cable is in the box, and a 5 m USB-C cable is listed as an accessory.
Can I run a computer inside the display?
Yes, through the universal OPS slot, which follows the open pluggable specification and draws up to 4.74 A and 90 W. Sharp recommends the OPS Enterprise Pro or OPS Enterprise Ultra. A computer module does not appear in the shipping contents, so confirm whether you want one when you request a quote.
Does it work with a Mac?
On Mac OS 10.15, 11 and 12 the display works in single-touch mode using the default mouse, not native multi-touch. Native multi-touch is supported on Windows 8.1, 10 and 11, Linux, Android 9.0 or later and Chrome OS 87 or later. Staff who rely on Macs should test their key applications before a rollout across several rooms.
Can it cope with Qatar's summer heat?
The operating range is +5 to +35 °C with 20 to 80% humidity. Outdoor summer temperatures in Qatar can exceed 45 °C, so install the display in an air-conditioned room that keeps the temperature within that range, rather than in an open-fronted lobby or a sunlit atrium where dust and heat build up.
What power supply does it need in Qatar?
The power input is rated 100 to 240 V AC at 50 or 60 Hz, which includes Qatar's 240 V, 50 Hz mains. The eco shipment setting draws 200 W, and standby consumption is below 0.5 W in ECO standby. Check that the supplied power cable suits the BS 1363 sockets in your room before the installation day.
How heavy is it, and what should I plan before wall mounting?
The panel weighs 51 kg and measures 1,722.5 x 1,032.1 x 87.1 mm. It uses an 800 x 400 mm VESA pattern with M8 holes, and the SF680P wall mount is an optional accessory. Book a free site survey to check the wall structure, the route for carrying the unit in and the cable runs before the fitting day.
How do I share content wirelessly from my devices?
The EShare feature lets people send content from a laptop, tablet or phone to the display, and from the display to several devices at the same time. The display also supports IEEE802.11 ac/n/a/g/b wireless LAN and Bluetooth 4.2. A teacher in a Doha classroom can therefore present from anywhere at the front of the room.
How long is the warranty?
The manufacturer's warranty covers 3 years including the backlight, and optional fourth and fifth year extensions are available. SmartRooms Qatar supplies the display with that manufacturer warranty, and we will confirm the extension options and their terms on your quotation before you order.
Can several displays be managed centrally?
Yes. NaViSet Administrator 2 is a free download for remote management. Hardware buttons, infrared functionality, and USB and LAN ports can be disabled in shared rooms, so schools and government offices can lock down settings before handing a room over to staff or students.
How do we order several units for a school or government project?
Send us the room list, the mounting method and whether you need an OPS module, and we usually issue a quotation within one working day. We accept purchase orders (LPOs) and government tenders, including Monaqasat, and payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order. We deliver to all 8 municipalities of Qatar.
