TD-86ID20U-A

The Trend TD-86ID20U-A combines an 86-inch LCD panel, an infrared touch frame and a quad-core Android computer in one enclosure. It is built for rooms where one screen has to act as a whiteboard, a presentation display and a conferencing screen, without a separate PC on the desk. The 3840×2160 resolution at 60Hz gives a UHD picture, with a 2,000:1 contrast ratio and a 178°/178° viewing angle so people seated at the sides of a room can still read the content.

Touch Performance for Group Work

The infrared touch frame recognises up to 20 touch points at once, so several presenters or students can write, drag and annotate together. Manufacturer data places more than 90% of the touch area at 2 mm accuracy and gives the touch system an induction life of 6 million touches. The 4 mm tempered glass front has light transmittance above 88%, and the 8 ms response time suits fast handwriting and moving content.

Android 6.0 Built In, with Wi-Fi and Remote Control

The unit runs Android 6.0 on a quad-core Cortex-A53 processor at 1.5 GHz, with 1.5 GB of DDR3 memory and 32 GB of storage as standard. Higher memory (4 GB or 8 GB) and storage (64, 128 or 256 GB) are offered as options, so specify them when you request a quote if your staff plan to run heavier software or store lesson content locally. The accessory set includes a remote control, a base or bracket and Wi-Fi.

Ports for Presentations, Video Conferencing and Peripherals

Three HDMI inputs and one VGA input let you connect laptops, document cameras and a conferencing PC. Two RJ45 Ethernet sockets provide wired networking for video calls, while two USB 3.0 ports and one USB 2.0 port take cameras, microphones and storage. An SD card slot, AV input and output and a headphone socket complete the list. The built-in speakers are rated 2×6Ω/5W. The options list also includes a 1080p conference camera and a conference microphone, each quoted separately.

Where This Panel Fits in Qatar

In a boardroom in West Bay or Lusail, the 86-inch format lets a group review a shared document or join a video call with a team abroad without crowding around a laptop. In a lecture hall at a school or training centre in Al Sadd or Education City, teachers can show annotated lessons and write over the content in real time. Government offices and banks suit it for presentations and client briefings, while hotel lobbies and shopping centres can use it as an information point, provided the space is air-conditioned.

Planning Mounting, Power and Heat in Qatar Rooms

At 67 kg net and 72 kg gross, with dimensions of 1960.6 × 1161.8 × 96.8 mm, the panel is heavy enough that a wall or stand must be planned carefully. A free site survey from SmartRooms Qatar confirms wall structure, socket position, cable routes and viewing distance before the bracket goes up. The power input is rated 100–240 V AC (±10%) at 50/60 Hz, which covers Qatar's 240 V, 50 Hz supply. The working range is 0–50°C, and summer temperatures in Qatar can exceed 45°C, so install it in an air-conditioned room away from direct sun and window glare.
