What the IN7521C-1C is built to do

The ViewSonic IN7521C-1C is an all-in-one 75-inch interactive display that brings a 4K UHD panel, a camera, microphones, speakers and an Android 14 platform into one unit. Its purpose is to let a teacher or presenter write, annotate and share content on one surface while remote participants see and hear the room clearly. It belongs to the IN21C series, which spans 65-inch to 86-inch sizes, so the 75-inch model sits between the smallest and largest options in that range.

Camera, microphones and speakers for hybrid sessions

A built-in 50-megapixel camera offers 4x digital zoom, and its auto-framing and voice tracking features follow the person speaking, so remote students see the teacher at the board rather than an empty wall. Eight beamforming microphones are rated by ViewSonic to pick up voices up to 8 metres away, which suits rooms where people speak from several metres across the panel. Two 20W front speakers in a soundbar handle audio for the room.

Panel, touch and connectivity details

Display: 75-inch TFT LCD panel with DLED backlight, 3840x2160 resolution, 450 nits typical brightness and 5000:1 typical contrast ratio.
Touch: 50-point Ultra Fine Touch using infrared recognition, with palm rejection for pen-style writing.
Inputs: three HDMI inputs at 4K 60Hz, DisplayPort, VGA, audio, RS232 and a micro SD slot, plus one optional Intel standard OPS slot.
USB and LAN: five Type-A ports, two Type-B ports, two USB-C ports (one with 65W power delivery) and two RJ45 ports.
Platform: octa-core CPU, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage and Android 14 with EDLA certification.

Where it fits in Qatar

In a private school in Al Wakrah fitting out new classrooms, a 75-inch panel gives students in the back row a readable board, while the camera follows the teacher for pupils attending remotely. In a boardroom in West Bay, a laptop can carry presentations and video calls through a single USB-C cable, with the panel's speakers and microphones handling the room. For a government office in Msheireb refreshing a meeting room, the standard inputs let staff keep existing computers and cables while adding a touch surface for workshops.

Planning the room, power and temperature

The panel measures 1709.4 mm wide, 1038.9 mm high and 99.4 mm deep, with a net weight of 44.25 kg, so the wall must be able to carry it. The VESA pattern is 800 x 400. Plan a site survey before drilling and allow two people for lifting. The operating range is 0°C to 40°C at 20% to 80% relative humidity, non-condensing. Qatar summer heat outdoors can exceed 45°C, so place the panel in an air-conditioned room away from direct sunlight and large windows, and confirm the room conditions with the SmartRooms Qatar team before ordering. The power input is 100-240V AC, which covers the 240 V supply used in Qatar, drawing about 98.82W when on and under 0.5 W when off.

Questions about IN7521C-1C

What is the ViewSonic IN7521C-1C used for?

It is an all-in-one 75-inch interactive display for classrooms, lecture spaces and meeting rooms where teaching or presenting is combined with video conferencing. The 4K panel, 50-point touch, camera, microphones and speakers sit in one unit, so the room needs fewer separate devices. It suits hybrid classes and meetings that connect a Doha boardroom with teams abroad.

Is a 75-inch panel the right size for my room in Qatar?

A 75-inch panel suits a classroom or meeting room where people sit several metres from the screen and need a large writing area. The IN21C series runs from 65 inches to 86 inches, so a smaller room may suit the 65-inch size and a large hall may suit the 86-inch size. Measure the viewing distance and wall width before choosing, and a SmartRooms Qatar site survey can confirm the fit.

How does the camera handle a hybrid lesson?

The built-in 50MP camera supports 4x digital zoom, auto-framing and voice tracking, so the frame follows the person speaking, such as a teacher moving to the board. Remote students see the speaker rather than a fixed wide shot. Because framing is set in the software, test it in the actual room during setup, especially if the teacher often stands at the side of the board or writes near its edge.

How well does the microphone array pick up voices?

The panel uses an eight-array beamforming microphone system, which ViewSonic rates to pick up voices up to 8 metres away. That suits rooms where people speak from different distances, such as classroom seats or a boardroom table. Voice tracking uses the same array to identify who is speaking. Background noise, air conditioning and room echo still affect clarity, so check the acoustics during your site survey.

Can a laptop connect with one cable?

Yes. A USB-C port with 65W power delivery lets a laptop drive presentations and calls through one cable while charging it. The panel has a second USB-C port rated at 15W power delivery, along with five Type-A ports and two Type-B ports. Before ordering, check that your laptop supports USB-C video output and power delivery, since this is what allows the single-cable setup.

What inputs and outputs does it have for existing equipment?

Inputs include three HDMI ports supporting 4K at 60Hz, one DisplayPort, one RGB/VGA input, an audio input, an RS232 control port and a micro SD slot. Outputs include one HDMI port, a line-out audio port and an optical SPDIF output. Two RJ45 LAN ports support 10/100/1000M wired networking. Check older computers, cables and control systems against these ports before you order.

Can it be used in a room with windows or in summer heat?

The operating temperature range is 0°C to 40°C at 20% to 80% relative humidity, non-condensing. Summer heat in Qatar can exceed 45°C outdoors, so install it in an air-conditioned room away from direct sunlight and large windows. The screen has 9H hardness and an anti-glare surface, which helps with daylight reflections, but it does not replace correct placement. Confirm your room conditions with the SmartRooms Qatar team before ordering.

Can I add a PC module to this display?

Yes, the panel has one PC slot for an optional Intel standard OPS module. Whether you need one depends on the software you run, because the display already runs Android 14 with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Many classrooms and meeting rooms will work with the built-in platform alone. If you need an OPS module, include it in your quote request so it is priced with the panel.

What do EDLA certification and Android 14 mean for buyers?

EDLA is Google's certification programme for interactive displays running Android, and the product data lists this panel as EDLA-certified with Android 14. The platform also supports the Google Workspace for Education features listed for this model. IT managers should check the apps, accounts and device management tools they need before rolling the panel out across classrooms or meeting rooms.

How should a 44 kg panel be mounted?

The VESA mounting pattern is 800 x 400, the net weight is 44.25 kg and the gross packed weight is 54.15 kg. Mount it on a wall or structure rated for that load, and plan for at least two people to lift it. SmartRooms Qatar offers a free site survey and professional installation to check the wall, cable routes and power point before the panel is fixed. Mounting hardware is not listed in the package contents, so confirm it in your quotation.

Is the power supply compatible with Qatar's electricity?

The power input is 100-240V AC with a plus or minus 10% wide range, which covers the 240 V supply used in Qatar. Typical consumption is 98.82W when on and under 0.5 W when off. Choose a suitable socket close to the mounting point and plan the cable route away from water and heat sources. Your SmartRooms Qatar installer can confirm the supply at the site during the survey.

We are equipping several classrooms at a private school in Al Rayyan. Can we order several units under one purchase order?

Yes. SmartRooms Qatar accepts purchase orders (LPOs) and can prepare one quotation covering several units, with delivery to all eight municipalities of Qatar. Each classroom needs a wall that can carry 44.25 kg, a 240 V power point and a route for the USB-C and HDMI cables. Send your room list and wall types with the request, and quotations are usually issued within one working day.
