What the VPC10-WP adds to a ViewBoard panel

The ViewSonic VPC10-WP is a Windows slot-in PC, also called an OPS module, designed to sit in the matching slot of compatible ViewBoard panels: the IFP8650, IFP7550, IFP6550 and IFP5550. Once fitted, the panel can run Windows 10 Pro applications, and the ViewBoard 2.1 software listed with the module handles the whiteboard side. For a school or office that already owns one of these panels, it reduces the need for a separate computer in the room.

Processing, memory and storage for daily meeting use

The module uses an Intel Core i5-6400 processor with Intel HD Graphics 530. It ships with 8GB of DDR4 memory, expandable to 16GB, and a 2.5-inch 128GB SATA3 SSD that can be expanded to 256GB. For a classroom or boardroom, the practical benefit is headroom: presentations, shared documents, a browser and whiteboard software can stay open together through a long session.
