MRB-S-SCR25-C

What the bundle includes

This kit gathers three parts into one room package: a Devio SCR-25 conferencing hub, a white DCM-1 pendant microphone and a Vidi 250 camera. It is designed for huddle spaces and small rooms that host up to six participants, so a team can set up one room without sourcing each component separately.

Because the manufacturer has discontinued this model, the bundle should be treated as a fixed set of three items. If you already run it, or you are comparing it with newer kits, use the points below to decide what your room still needs.

Facts that matter for a small meeting room

• Capacity: sized for rooms with up to six participants.
• Hub: the Devio SCR-25 acts as the conferencing hub for the room.
• Microphone: the DCM-1 is a white pendant design that hangs from the ceiling rather than sitting on the table.
• Camera: the Vidi 250 provides the room view for remote participants.
• Warranty: the source data lists a 5-year warranty for the bundle.

Where it fits in Qatar

A consultancy office in West Bay with a six-person project team can use a room like this for weekly reviews with colleagues abroad. The hub handles the call, the camera frames the people at the table, and the ceiling microphone picks up speakers across the room.

Schools in Al Wakrah or Education City often need a compact room for department heads, admissions teams or parent meetings. A bundle sized for a small room keeps the setup simple for staff who are not technical specialists. In Msheireb, a government section running a small briefing room in Arabic and English can use the same approach.

What to plan before you order

Check the ceiling height and the clear space above the table before committing to the pendant microphone, since it hangs in the room. A free site survey from SmartRooms Qatar can confirm the mounting position, the camera view and the cable route. The source data does not list operating temperature, connectivity, supported call platforms or power requirements, so ask the team to confirm these for your room, including that the mains supply matches Qatar's 240 V, 50 Hz standard. Rooms with large windows or limited cooling should be reviewed for heat, because no operating range is given in the data.

Replacement and quotation

Because this model is discontinued, most buyers should request a quote for a current equivalent or a compatible replacement. Quotations are usually issued within one working day. Government and school buyers can issue a purchase order (LPO), and payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order. Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Send the room size and the number of regular participants to start your quotation.
