MRB-VBC 2800-TSC2IP-Z

What the bundle combines

The Biamp MRB-VBC 2800-TSC2IP-Z is a meeting room bundle built around the Parlé VBC 2800, an all-in-one conferencing bar that brings microphone processing, an integrated loudspeaker and a dual-lens camera into a single unit. A room control panel is supplied with the bar, so the room is specified as one package rather than as separate microphones, speakers, cameras and controllers chosen individually. The item number for this configuration is 930-10010-00004.

Biamp positions the bundle for medium and large collaboration spaces. For an IT manager or facilities team, that means one product to specify, one set of components to match across rooms and one vendor to contact when a room needs attention.

Audio, camera and touch control

Microphone processing decides whether remote participants can follow a discussion from the far end of a long table. The integrated loudspeaker carries that remote audio back into the room at a level people can hear across the space. The dual-lens camera handles participants seated close to the bar and those near the back of the room, so one fixed shot does not leave half the table out of frame.

The touch-based room control panel gives users a single screen to start and manage a call. This matters in offices where meetings are run by staff who are not AV specialists, because the controls stay consistent in every room of a standardised deployment.

Where it fits in Qatar

• Government boardrooms in West Bay or Msheireb: a medium-sized boardroom where senior officials join meetings with colleagues abroad, operated from one control panel that every attendee can use.
• Corporate offices in Lusail or The Pearl: a company standardising its meeting rooms across several floors, so each room runs the same Zoom Rooms interface.
• Universities and training centres in Education City: a large seminar room where a facilitator needs clear audio and camera framing for a hybrid session with remote attendees.

What to plan before you order

Because the bar and camera sit at the front of the room, confirm the mounting position, the sightlines to the furthest seat and the room acoustics before ordering. SmartRooms Qatar offers free site surveys, which is the right step for rooms with glass walls or strong window light, a common condition in Doha office buildings.

The source data for this bundle does not list operating temperature or environmental limits. Confirm room conditions with the SmartRooms Qatar team before installation, particularly in rooms with heavy sun exposure, where temperatures in Qatar regularly pass 45°C.

Discontinued model and replacement options

Biamp has discontinued the MRB-VBC 2800-TSC2IP-Z, and the manufacturer lists the MRB-VBC 2800-TSC2DIP-Z as its replacement while supplies of this model last. Organisations that already run this bundle and want to extend the same room design, as well as buyers comparing options, can ask for a quote on a current equivalent that fits the same layout.

Request a quote from SmartRooms Qatar for this model or its replacement. Quotations are usually returned within one working day, and we will confirm the options and any lead time with the quote.
