Huddle Kit

What the Elo Huddle Kit E380925 contains

The Elo Huddle Kit E380925 is a room kit for small meeting and huddle spaces. It bundles a Full HD conference camera with an i5 Windows 10 computer module, so one package covers video calls and shared whiteboard sessions. The box includes active styluses for PCAP panels, passive styluses for IR panels, a stylus tray, mounting hardware and licence cards for Qwizdom whiteboarding and DisplayNote content sharing. The computer module is listed under the ECMG4 part, which is also the replacement the manufacturer names for this model.

Camera, audio and the figures that matter

The camera outputs Full HD at 1920 x 1080 and 30fps, and it also supports 1280 x 720 and VGA modes. Its fixed focus lens gives a horizontal field of view of 80 degrees, with a vertical field of 65 degrees and a diagonal field of 96 degrees, each with a 5 percent tolerance. The microphone uses acoustic echo cancellation, which helps when participants speak near the display. The camera is UVC 1.1 compatible, so standard conferencing applications can recognise it once connected.

• Full HD video at 30fps with fixed focus
• Acoustic echo cancellation on the built-in microphone
• Intel Core i5-7500T, 16 GB DDR4 memory and 256 GB SSD

Compatibility and power planning

The kit is matched to specific Elo interactive displays: the 3203L TouchPro, the 4303L TouchPro and IR, the 5553L TouchPro and IR, and the 6553L TouchPro and IR. Power comes from the compatible display rather than a separate supply, so the display model must be confirmed before ordering. If the camera is mounted on the bottom port, compatibility narrows to Windows, Mac or Ubuntu with a VLC player, and resolution drops to 720p. Plan camera placement and cable routing with that limit in mind.

Operating environment and where it fits in Qatar

The rated operating range is 0°C to 40°C, with operating humidity between 20 and 80 percent. Qatar summers regularly push outdoor temperatures above 45°C, so the kit belongs in an air-conditioned meeting room away from sunlit windows and dusty lobbies. Typical placements include:

• An office huddle room in West Bay or Lusail where a Doha team joins colleagues in another country.
• A small boardroom in Msheireb where a ministry team runs internal reviews with remote staff.
• A staff planning room at a private school in Al Wakrah, used for remote training sessions.

Discontinued model: planning a replacement

Elo has discontinued the Huddle Kit E380925 and names the ECMG4 as its replacement. Schools, ministries and companies that already run this kit, or are comparing it with newer models, should check the display, software and room conditions before choosing a successor. SmartRooms Qatar delivers to all 8 municipalities of Qatar, provides professional installation and offers free site surveys before wall or ceiling work. The kit carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty. Request a quote for a current Elo equivalent or a compatible replacement, and we will confirm availability with the quotation.
