OneScreen Account (AMS)
OneScreen Account (AMS) User Account Management Software
OneScreen Account (AMS) is account management software for OneScreen interactive displays. From one place, administrators create and manage user accounts across devices remotely, assign NFC cards for access, and invite users in bulk from email, CSV files or directories such as LDAP, Google Workspace and Azure AD. Account mode limits device access to authorized users. It suits schools, government offices and companies in Qatar running several OneScreen panels. Request a quote.
What AMS does for a fleet of OneScreen displays
OneScreen Account (AMS) is the management tool for user accounts on OneScreen devices. Instead of setting up each display on its own, an administrator works from one place to create and manage user accounts across the devices, including changes made remotely. Each user receives an instant OneScreen Account, so a new teacher or staff member can be added without walking over to every panel.
Bulk invitations, directories and NFC access
Large groups do not need to be entered one name at a time. Users can be invited in bulk by email or from a CSV file, or pulled in through integrations with LDAP, Google Workspace and Azure AD. Where an organisation already keeps its staff list in one of these directories, AMS syncs user data between the directory and the platform, so the list stays current without repeated manual edits. NFC cards can also be assigned directly inside AMS, giving staff a quick and secure way to access the display.
Account mode, guest mode and device security
AMS lets administrators switch between account mode and guest mode from within the software, so the way a screen is used can change without visiting the device. In account mode, access to the device is restricted to authorized users, which matters for organisations whose displays are shared between departments or sit in common areas.
Where it fits in Qatar
- A private school in Al Wakrah fitting out several classrooms with OneScreen panels can invite teachers and administrative staff in bulk from a spreadsheet, while the school's directory keeps the staff list current.
- A government office in West Bay where Arabic and English teams share meeting rooms can restrict display use to authorized personnel, then update access and NFC assignments from AMS as staff move between departments.
- A training centre in Education City running shared rooms can register learners in bulk, use account mode for registered sessions and guest mode for visiting presenters.
What to plan before you request a quote
- List the OneScreen models that will be managed through AMS, since the software applies to OneScreen devices.
- Decide which directory, if any, will feed user data: LDAP, Google Workspace or Azure AD.
- Prepare a CSV file of users and collect NFC card details for staff who need card access.
- Agree who will administer accounts and how access changes as roles change over time.
Send your device list and directory details to the SmartRooms Qatar team so compatibility can be confirmed before ordering. Quotations are usually provided within one working day, and we accept purchase orders (LPOs), bank transfer, cheque and purchase order payments. Request a quote today.
