What Note3 does on a Windows display

Note3 is interactive whiteboard software for Windows. It lets a presenter write, draw, erase and annotate directly over presentations, and it is designed for touch operation, so the same tools respond to touch on an interactive panel, a laptop or a tablet running Windows. The software serves both teaching and business use, which makes it practical for a school that wants one tool across classrooms and staff meetings.

Licensing: one device, lifetime validity

Each Note3 order covers one electronic licence for one device. The product is delivered as a licence rather than physical media, so there is no hardware to mount or store. The product data lists lifetime validity for the licence and a 12-month warranty term, so buyers can plan one purchase per device. Because the licence is tied to a single device, the quantity you order should match the number of Windows machines that will run it.

Subject tools and presentation controls

Note3 includes tools built for particular subjects, including English, mathematics, chemistry and physics, and it adds multimedia capabilities for lessons and presentations. Its presentation controls help the presenter direct attention to what matters:

Screen cover to hide content until it is needed
Spotlight to highlight one area of a slide
Zoom for close detail on diagrams, graphs or text
Navigation map and gesture-controlled toolbars for moving through a lesson

The interface is user-friendly, so staff can start annotating quickly without rebuilding their existing presentation files.

Where Note3 fits in Qatar

Three situations show how the software is used in practice:

Science and language lessons in a secondary classroom: a teacher in Al Sadd uses the physics and chemistry tools to annotate diagrams, then uses zoom to explain small detail.
Corporate training in West Bay: a trainer marks up client slides on a meeting room panel, using the spotlight and screen cover to pace the session.
A sales team in Lusail: staff open a proposal on a laptop and highlight key figures before a client meeting.

Planning your Note3 order

Start with an inventory of the Windows devices that will run the software, including interactive panels, laptops and tablets, because each device needs its own licence. Ask the SmartRooms Qatar team to confirm the Windows setup on each device before ordering, since the product data lists Windows as the only compatibility. For a school or ministry buying for several rooms, a purchase order covering the full licence count keeps the order in one document. Lead times are confirmed with your quotation, based on stock.

Questions about PSNTE3

What is Prestigio Note3 (PSNTE3)?

Note3 is interactive whiteboard software for Windows that lets you write, draw, erase and annotate on top of presentations. It is licensed for one device and is built for touch operation, so it works on interactive panels, laptops and tablets running Windows. It is aimed at classroom teaching and business presentations alike, which makes it useful for schools and offices in Qatar that want one annotation tool.

Does one Note3 licence cover more than one device?

No. The product is a single electronic licence for one device. A classroom block with 30 Windows devices running Note3 would need 30 licences, so the quantity should match the devices in use. Send the device count with your request and SmartRooms Qatar will prepare a quotation based on that number.

Which operating system does Note3 run on?

The product data lists Windows as the compatible operating system, and Note3 is designed for Windows-based interactive panels, laptops and tablets. No other operating system is listed for this product, so confirm the setup of each device with the SmartRooms Qatar team before ordering to avoid mismatched licences.

Is Note3 a hardware product that needs mounting?

No. Note3 is supplied as an electronic licence, so there is no hardware to wall-mount or install on site. Installation planning therefore focuses on the Windows devices that will run the software, such as the interactive panels in each classroom or meeting room in your project.

How long does a Note3 licence remain valid?

The licence validity period is listed as lifetime in the product data, so no expiry date is stated for the licence itself. The manufacturer warranty term is listed as 12 months. Ask for the warranty details to be confirmed with your quotation so your procurement records are complete before purchase.

Which subjects does Note3 include tools for?

Note3 includes subject-specific tools for English, maths, chemistry and physics, along with multimedia capabilities for lessons. A science teacher in Doha can annotate lab diagrams with the chemistry and physics tools, while a language teacher can use the same board for reading and vocabulary exercises on the same device.

How does Note3 help a teacher during a lesson in Qatar?

Teachers can use the screen cover to hide content until it is needed, the spotlight to focus on one area of a slide, and zoom for close detail. In a bilingual secondary classroom in Al Rayyan, this lets staff move between English and science content without switching tools, keeping students focused on the area being explained.

Can Note3 be used for business presentations as well as lessons?

Yes. The product data describes Note3 for meetings, training and client presentations. A trainer at a West Bay company can mark up a slide deck on a meeting room panel, while a sales team in Lusail can highlight key points on a laptop before a client visit, using the same annotation tools across both settings.

Does Note3 work on a laptop without an interactive panel?

Yes. The data states that Note3 runs on laptops and tablets with Windows as well as on interactive panels. A presenter can therefore use it on a laptop in a room without a panel, then continue with the same software in a panel-equipped room, which helps when staff move between offices, training rooms and client sites.

How do I order Note3 for a school or government body?

Send the number of devices and the department or school name. SmartRooms Qatar supplies Note3 by quotation, usually within one working day. Schools and government bodies can issue a purchase order (LPO), and tender processes, including Monaqasat, can be followed. We accept bank transfer, cheque or purchase order for payment.

Does Note3 come with a warranty?

Yes. The product data lists a 12-month warranty term for Note3, and products are covered by the manufacturer warranty. Warranty questions can be raised alongside your quotation so the terms that apply to your order are recorded in your purchase file before the licences are issued.
