SMART OneLaunch
SMART OneLaunch Video Conferencing Software
Join Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or Webex with one touch on a compatible SMART interactive display. SMART OneLaunch needs no downloads or extra hardware, its meeting codes refresh every five minutes, and QX Pro V2 displays bought after 1 July 2025 include a one-year licence. It suits boardrooms, classrooms and meeting rooms across Qatar that host calls with teams abroad.
What SMART OneLaunch does in a meeting room
SMART OneLaunch is video conferencing software that runs on compatible SMART interactive displays and is powered by Airtame. Instead of opening a laptop, finding a meeting link and connecting cables, a person walks into the room, sees the day's scheduled meetings on the screen and touches the one to join. It supports Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Webex, so the room does not force one platform on everyone.
Because the software runs on the display itself, the presenter's laptop stays free for notes and other work. Remote participants can also see apps, content and inking shared from the display, whether or not the presenter is on the call.
Licensing and the displays it runs on
SMART OneLaunch is available on iQ4-enabled SMART displays, including the SMART Board QX Pro series (V2 and newer), the MX Pro series (V5 and newer) and the RX series. Boards running iQ 4.5.1 or later already include the software, which is activated through Airtame's cloud portal.
A one-year licence is included with QX Pro series (V2) displays purchased after 1 July 2025. Additional years and software licences for other iQ-based boards are sold separately, and an admin can start a 30-day trial after activation. Keep the licence term in the quotation so every room is covered from day one.
- Join: one touch from the day's schedule, or a secure code entered in any browser
- Security: cloud-hosted calls with meeting codes that refresh every five minutes
- Management: centralised room setup and ongoing administration in one cloud portal
Where it fits in Qatar
A boardroom in West Bay where executives join Teams calls with a head office abroad, then share a slide deck from the display while the remote team follows along.
A university training room in Education City where a lecturer runs a Zoom session with a partner campus and marks up shared content during the lesson.
A ministry meeting room in Msheireb that receives visiting consultants. Guests enter the meeting code in a browser and share content from their own laptop without installing anything on the display.
What to plan before you order
Confirm that each display is an eligible SMART model running iQ 4.5.1 or later, and list the licence term for each room. Check that the room has a reliable internet connection, since the service runs on cloud-based infrastructure. Where displays are wall-mounted, a free site survey from SmartRooms Qatar can confirm the mounting position, power and network points before installation. Organisations buying for several rooms can issue a single LPO and receive one quotation covering all displays.
Request a quote from SmartRooms Qatar and we will confirm which displays and licences suit each room, usually within one working day.
