UX Pro 2 86"

What the 86-inch UX Pro 2 is built for

The Clevertouch UX Pro 2 86-inch is a large-format interactive display with a 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) LCD panel. It is sized for boardrooms, executive meeting rooms and lecture halls where a whole group needs to see and touch the same screen. It is the largest size in the UX Pro 2 series, so it suits rooms where seats sit a long way from the wall.

This model has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Organisations that already run one, or that are comparing it with newer displays, can ask SmartRooms Qatar for a quote on a current equivalent or a compatible replacement.

Android 11 and optional Intel Windows 10 in one panel

The panel runs Android 11 on a chipset with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Rooms that rely on Windows software can add the optional Intel i7 OPS module, which provides the Windows 10 tablet PC interface. Users can switch between the two interfaces, so one screen can serve staff who work in Android apps and staff who work in Windows.

• Display: 86-inch 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) LCD
• Viewing angle: 178°
• Audio: two 15 Watt speakers with a subwoofer
• Compute: Android 11 with 6GB RAM and 64GB ROM, plus optional Intel i7 OPS

Camera, sharing and hybrid meeting features

When a laptop connects through the USB-C port, a Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms call starts and the meeting moves to the panel's camera, speakers and microphone. The front-mounted USB-C port, along with USB-A and the power button, makes the common connections easy to reach. The ePTZ Clevercam uses a face detection algorithm to frame participants automatically in 4K UHD. Clevershare Connect lets up to 50 devices share images, video and audio to the screen, and its touch-back feature adds two-way control of the shared device.

Where this 86-inch model fits in Qatar

In a boardroom in West Bay or Msheireb, the 86-inch screen lets directors review a shared document at full scale while colleagues join from abroad through Zoom Rooms or Teams Rooms. A university lecture theatre in Education City can use the built-in speakers and subwoofer for a large group, although the room's acoustics should still be checked. An IT team at a government ministry in Doha with several meeting rooms can link every panel to a Remote Management MDM account and control them from one office, without visiting each room.

Planning an 86-inch installation

An 86-inch panel needs a wall or stand that can carry its size and weight. The weight is not listed in the manufacturer data we hold for this model, so a free site survey from SmartRooms Qatar is the best way to confirm the mounting method, the cable route to the power socket and the viewing distance. The survey should also check the screen position relative to windows, because glare depends on the room layout.

The manufacturer data does not give an operating temperature range for this model. Qatar summer temperatures can exceed 45°C, so confirm the environment for rooms with direct sunlight or large windows before ordering. Quotations usually arrive within one working day, lead times are estimates based on stock and are confirmed with the quotation, and purchase orders (LPOs) are accepted. Request a quote from SmartRooms Qatar with your room size, wall type and quantity, and the team will recommend a current equivalent if this model no longer fits your needs.
