Overview

The InFocus INF-MOTFLOOR is a stand and trolley accessory in the InFocus interactive flat panel range. InFocus has discontinued this model, so this page serves organisations in Qatar that already own it, need a replacement part, or are comparing it with current mobile stands. The manufacturer's published documentation for the model is a user guide, so SmartRooms Qatar recommends confirming fit with your panel before ordering. Request a quote for a current compatible replacement.

What the INF-MOTFLOOR is

The InFocus INF-MOTFLOOR is catalogued by InFocus as a stand and trolley accessory for its interactive flat panels. It belongs to the group of products that let a school or office move a display between rooms instead of fixing it to a wall. InFocus lists the model on its global support pages with a user guide, which is the main technical reference available for it.

What discontinued status means for buyers

InFocus has discontinued the INF-MOTFLOOR, so it is no longer a current model in the manufacturer's range. Organisations that already own one usually need a spare part or a matching unit for an existing installation, a replacement for a damaged stand, or a current equivalent that suits their interactive panels. SmartRooms Qatar can quote for a current compatible replacement once you confirm your panel model and its details.

Where it fits in Qatar

Three situations come up most often. A primary school in Al Wakrah may have one interactive panel that needs to move between classrooms on different floors, and it needs a trolley that matches the rest of its set. A training centre in Msheireb may run short courses in several rooms and need a stand that can be wheeled from room to room. An office in Lusail may use its boardroom for workshops and want the panel repositioned for each session.

Planning checks before you order

Confirm the exact interactive panel model, its size and its weight against the user guide.
Measure the route from storage to the room, including doorways, lift access and floor surfaces.
Confirm the room environment with the SmartRooms Qatar team. The source data does not give an operating temperature range for this model, so the stand should not be assumed suitable for outdoor, unconditioned or dusty areas.
Plan cable routing for the panel and any connected computer before the stand is moved.

SmartRooms Qatar offers free site surveys, which let us check these points in person before a quotation is finalised.

Request a quote for a compatible replacement

To request a quote, send the panel model, the room type and the number of units you need. SmartRooms Qatar supplies all eight municipalities of Qatar, and quotations are usually issued within one working day. Purchase orders (LPOs) and government tenders, including Monaqasat, are accepted, and payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order. Lead times are estimates confirmed with your quotation.

Questions about INF-MOTFLOOR

What is the InFocus INF-MOTFLOOR used for?

The INF-MOTFLOOR is listed by InFocus as a stand and trolley accessory for interactive flat panels. Its job is to let a school, training room or office move a panel between spaces instead of mounting it permanently. The model is documented through a user guide on InFocus's global support pages, so that guide is the first place to check its intended use.

Has InFocus discontinued the INF-MOTFLOOR?

Yes. InFocus has discontinued the INF-MOTFLOOR, so it is no longer a current model in the manufacturer's range. Owners of an existing stand can still ask for spare or matching parts through a quotation, and buyers looking for a new stand should request a quote for a current compatible replacement instead. SmartRooms Qatar will confirm the suitable option once the panel model is known.

Can SmartRooms Qatar supply a replacement for the INF-MOTFLOOR?

SmartRooms Qatar can quote for a current compatible replacement stand or trolley, which is the recommended route for a discontinued model. Send the interactive panel model, its screen size and the number of units you need. Quotations are usually issued within one working day, and a free site survey can confirm that the new stand fits your room and doorways before you commit.

Which interactive panels is the INF-MOTFLOOR compatible with?

The source information available to SmartRooms Qatar does not list compatible panel models for the INF-MOTFLOOR, so we do not want to guess. Check the user guide on InFocus's support site and send us your exact panel model. We will confirm whether this stand or a current replacement fits before a quotation is issued.

Where can I find the user guide for the INF-MOTFLOOR?

InFocus publishes the INF-MOTFLOOR user guide on its Global Support page, listed under the model name in the accessories section. The guide is the main technical reference for this stand. If you cannot locate it, include the model name in your quotation request so the documentation can be matched to your installation. Keep the guide with your asset records for future maintenance.

Is the INF-MOTFLOOR suitable for hot, dusty areas in Qatar?

The source data does not give an operating temperature range or dust rating for the INF-MOTFLOOR, so suitability for areas above 45°C or exposed to dust storms cannot be confirmed. Equipment near windows, in covered outdoor areas or in unconditioned storage can suffer in Qatar summers. Keep the stand indoors in an air-conditioned room and ask the SmartRooms Qatar team to confirm your specific environment before ordering.

How would a primary school in Al Wakrah use a mobile stand like this?

A primary school in Al Wakrah with a single interactive panel serving several classrooms could use a mobile stand to move the panel between rooms during lessons. Plan a fixed route, a clear floor path and a storage point for the trolley. If the school already owns an INF-MOTFLOOR, request a quote for a matching current replacement so that its classrooms stay consistent.

Can a training centre in Msheireb move the panel between course rooms?

Yes, provided the panel and stand fit the room layouts. A training centre in Msheireb running short courses across several rooms can use a trolley to avoid fixing a display in each room. Check the route through corridors and lifts, confirm the panel's weight and plan cable routing for the connected computer before every session.

Would an office in Lusail use this stand for boardroom workshops?

An office in Lusail that runs workshops in its boardroom may want a stand that repositions the panel for each session without fixing it to a wall. Discuss the room's furniture, power outlets and the distance from the seating area with us before ordering. A site visit can record these details so that the quotation matches the room.

Do you offer a site survey before I order a stand for a Doha office?

Yes. SmartRooms Qatar offers free site surveys, which are useful for a stand because the route from storage to the room, doorway widths, floor surfaces and lift access all affect whether a trolley works in practice. Our team can check these points in Doha, West Bay or Lusail before a quotation is finalised.

Can a government school order this stand through an LPO?

Yes. SmartRooms Qatar accepts purchase orders (LPOs) and government tenders, including Monaqasat. A government school ordering several units of a discontinued stand should include the panel model and the quantity in its request, so the quotation can be matched to a current compatible replacement. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or purchase order.
