Touchscreen T6 Education 75

What the OneScreen T6 Education 75 is

The OneScreen Touchscreen T6 Education 75-inch is an interactive display for classrooms and meeting rooms. It brings together a large LG panel, a built-in Android system, touch input and teaching software in one unit, so a teacher or presenter can write, annotate and share from the same screen. The manufacturer has discontinued this model. This page is written for organisations that already own it, for buyers comparing it with newer displays, and for anyone who needs a replacement.

Display and touch performance

The panel offers 3840 x 2160 resolution, a 60 Hz refresh rate, brightness of 400+ cd/m2 and 1.07 billion colours. Viewing angles are 178 degrees horizontally and 178 degrees vertically (minimum). The 8 MOHS anti-glare glass reduces reflections from ceiling lights and windows. Touch uses an infrared system with 20 touch points, 3mm touch accuracy and a response time of 2.5 m/s or better. Palm detection and pen-and-touch differentiation let a teacher rest a hand on the glass while writing with a pen.

Where it fits in Qatar

A private school in Al Wakrah or Al Rayyan fitting out new classrooms will find the 75-inch size suits a mid-sized classroom or a group-learning room. Teachers can open lessons from ZUNI Learning, which integrates with Google Class, annotate them with OneScreen Annotate and manage attendance with OneScreen Attendance. The built-in pair of 15W speakers with automatic volume control means a standard room can start with the display's own audio.

An office in West Bay or Lusail with a boardroom linking Doha with teams abroad can use OneScreen Hype for video conferencing, with screen sharing, recording, and translation or transcription. Pair the panel with the optional 1080p web camera or PTZ camera with 12x optical zoom if the room needs a wider view.

A training centre in Msheireb running short courses can use the Android apps, Google Play access and multiple user profiles so that different instructors can sign in to their own settings.

What to plan before ordering

The panel weighs 110.2 lbs (about 50 kg) and measures 67.2 x 40.7 x 3.6 inches. Its VESA pattern is 600 x 400, and a flush wall mount is included. The shipping box measures 74 x 47.4 x 11.2 inches and weighs 154.3 lbs, so check the delivery route and lift access. A free site survey lets the SmartRooms Qatar team check wall construction, sightlines and power points before installation. The source data does not state an operating temperature range or a dust rating, so confirm the install location, especially near windows, in entrance halls or in areas exposed to dust storms. The power supply accepts 100-240V at 50/60 Hz and draws up to 300W, and the box includes a US power cable, so confirm the plug arrangement for BS 1363 sockets when you request a quote.
